The house was very spacious and clean. It's nice that all the bedrooms have access to bathrooms. Only two of the rooms really have to share a bathroom.

We had such a great time at this house! It’s super spacious, with plenty of spots to kick back and relax—plus TVs in multiple areas, so no fighting over the remote. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off and hanging out. We especially loved the big dining table—it was great for meals, games, and just spending time together as a family. The whole place felt comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

What a wonderful place to take a family (or two). Tremendous value and enough room for 2 families with room to spare. This was great for our two boys with a games room (ping pong, air hockey, foozeball) great pool and second 'family room' where they could watch their own movies. We spent most of our time around the pool and covered lounge area. Amenities at the resort were great. Safe and clean with lots to do for all. 30 min to Disney, and much more. Will go back!

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay. There was great communication by the owner, house was clean and well equipped. The overall gate community is rather busy. One note is security at the front gate often got backed up causing traffic on the main road almost every time we left or came back as you are trying to get in or out of the community. It didn't bother us much but I could see how it could be frustrating if you are in a rush. Overall we would stay here again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Beautifully maintained. Cozy floorplan with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for family members to spread out. Open dining and living room to relax and connect with everyone while cooking, reading, and eating. The back patio is wonderfully set-up. Easy to lounge under the shade while watching the kiddos play in the pool. This was an absolutely wonderful stay. We are looking forward to staying at Solterra Beach Villa again!

We had an excellent stay at Solterra Villa Resort!

The house & property were immaculate & as described. It was perfect for our large family. Great location, very close to the clubhouse. It had every amenity that we needed. Check in was smooth with good instructions. Devon answered any questions that we had promptly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Thanksgiving 2023 👍

Beautiful home, great layout, plenty of room for 9 people. Pool and hot tub a lot of fun, with nice seating in the outdoor space. Owner responsive, easy location, and being in a nice resort was a bonus with added amenities. Old school video game was a surprise bonus. Would be happy to rent again.

Wonderful Stay

This is my families 3rd time staying at one of the condos at the Solterra community! This home was the perfect size for my entire family of 12. It was spacious, clean and the pool was a hit with the kids. The community pool area is also an added bonus. Devon was so easy to communicate with and my entire family had a great stay. Best part was we could be all together to enjoy extra family time. I highly recommended staying ! We will be back again!

Clean and spacious!

Check-in was easy. The home was just as listed - clean and spacious with room for everyone (10 in our group). Pool area is nicely kept. Pool toys/floats were available for use, as well. Conveniently located a block away from resort amenities. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, an excellent experience and would book again! Note: Only one larger vehicle will fit in the driveway. But there are parking spaces along the side street if more is needed.

Solterra Beach Villa fantastic accommodation for a family stay

We arrived at Solterra Beach Villa after a long flight and travel day from England. The Villa looked amazing with everything a family needs to make it a home from home. Every room is well furnished and spacious When you first walk in to the Villa first impressions count and this villas has the wow factor. Devon the owner is very responsive and answered any questions we had within an hour. Any faults like pool heat which we had booked but wasn’t working we’re rectified within 24 hours. Overall Solterra Beach Villa is fantastic and we would recommend it without hesitation.

Amazing Solterra Villa

We enjoyed a fantastic 13 night stay at Solterra Beach Villa in July 2024. This 6 bedroom villa is situated in the Solterra gated community, very close to Champions Gate area. Perfect for an extended family vacation. The pool and spa area were particularly enjoyable first thing every morning and in the evenings after a busy day at the parks, shopping or sightseeing. There is a relaxing bonus sofa and tv area upstairs along with a great sized family room downstairs. Solterra resort also offers a lovely community pool and lazy river. The clubhouse is just a 3 minute walk from Solterra Beach Villa. My sons and nephews enjoyed the clubhouse gym facilities too. We would highly recommend to anyone looking a great place to stay.

Beautiful Villa

The Villa is stunning and provided everything we needed and more. At night you sleep like babies because the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen facilities are second to none. We were 6 Adults and found plenty of space to socialise and find quiet spaces when required. The pool area was used all the time. The most important feedback has to be for the Owners! The communication and responses to questions were fantastic and often immediate. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. We loved it.

Truly Outstanding Experience

Booked for a week end of August 24 and a truly outstanding villa in all regards. Space, cleanliness, high grade appliances and furniture ensure that every expectation was met 2 fold. The pool area and outside seating was a superb space. The security staff on the gate made me feel very safe for the entire time we were there. I would and will return to this villa as my entire family felt as one in the villa - genuinely upset to leave as it felt as extension of our own home. Devon was literally on hand for any queries or booking details with an almost immediate response. Outstanding !!!! This is how villa holidays should be and what I experience is the epitome of having a quality family vacation.

Perfect house and Perfect Host

We have recently returned from a 2 week stay and I honestly couldn't fault the villa at all. It was perfect, so much thought has gone into making this a perfect vacation home whilst providing homely touches for comfort. The house provided everything we needed, it was in pristine condition, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the pool was really great for the children. There was a pool safety fence which we put up to stop our 16 month trying to run into the pool, which was a godsend as she was able to run around outside without worry. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back in the future. Devon was really friendly and very helpful from the start of booking, to answering our questions on planning our trip through to be contactable when we were there. This is my 9th stay in Orlando and the best place we have stayed so far.

Fully equipped and luxurious villa

Stayed for 2 weeks in October 2023. Pretty much everything you need in a villa. The hot tub heated up quickly, the pool was definitely big enough and also deep enough. This was refreshing. Often such pools are only waist deep at best but Solterra beach villa has a deep end! There's also the nearby resort pool with it's slide and lazy river. We especially enjoyed the Saturday morning aqua zumba classes. Bedrooms big and airy, with an upstairs and a downstairs sitting/TV area, as well as one by the pool. Upstairs had a retro games console which was a big hit. Plenty space in the kitchen for preparation and cooking with lots of cookware. And a cupboard full of assorted refillable cups from the parks that could be used. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages and deal with any issues we had.

Look no further. This is the home you want to stay at!

My family just spent a week at this beautiful house! We had a different property booked for our vacation that ended up being cancelled 3 weeks before we were leaving. In panic mode, I looked for another place to stay and came upon Devon’s home. They always say things happen for a reason! From the moment I messaged her, the process was stress free. When we arrived, we instantly felt at home. It looked exactly like in the photos and was extremely clean. There are 6 people in my family and everyone had their own space. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and gorgeously decorated. The private pool in the backyard was a nice place to sit and relax after spending 12 hours walking around the Disney parks. The area felt safe, as it is a gated community. Devon was always just a text message away if we needed any assistance with anything. I would definitely recommend their home to family and friends. 10/10 *chef’s kiss*!

Home from home

There are many positives in this house. Internally it is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. There is plenty of room for a large group. The pool area is more compact but was enough for us to lounge outside and supervise the children. The club area with the gym, pool and lazy river was a bonus. Note the clubhouse is really just a waiting area. Drinks and snacks are served outside, not meals as such, but were good quality. The routes to Disney and Universal parks were always busy but it was a straightforward journey. We were happy with the location of the house as it was a quiet, settled community, with all the necessary shops close by. I have only one adverse comment - hence the 4 star review. We had ongoing issues with wifi and the tv connection. The former is really needed nowadays for the Disney app, and phone signal wasn't great. It'd be a problem for someone looking to (keep in touch with) work on holiday. There is a disclaimer at the house -effectively no guarantee - but my feeling is this could be improved. You don't go on holiday to watch tv but it's nice to let the kids cool down, or to sit down in the evening, and the problems were a disappointment. I do credit Devon with always responding quickly but felt I was having to interrupt my holiday too much following up on odd matters that arose. Let's hope our experience was unusual - I didn't see this raised in other reviews - because this is a super holiday house and we had a really good time. Happy to recommend

Our stay in Solterra Beach Villa

Solterra Beach Villa was everything we hoped for and more. Our extended family of eight (grandparents, parents, and grandchildren) found it perfectly suited to our three generations. The villa offered ample space for everyone, with plenty of quiet corners to retreat to when needed. The owner was exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout from confirming the villa was right for us, to assisting with the booking, arrival, and even the checkout process. Every detail was handled with care, making our stay seamless and stress-free. We can highly recommend both the villa and the owner for anyone seeking a relaxing, worry free holiday experience. Amazing stay at Solterra Beach Villa

This villa was perfect and exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It has everything we needed and more for a perfect stay. The Solterra resort is clean and safe, quiet neighbours around the villa and within 5/10 mins of lots of restaurants & shops. An easy drive to Disney, about 20 mins. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Solterra Beach resort again in the future and would be my first choice.
