You're just steps from Regal Palms Resort, featuring a lazy river, water slide, restaurant, gym, arcade, and more!

If avoiding toll roads, you're about 45 minutes from Universal, 20 min from Disney, and 1 hr from MCO airport (times may vary with traffic).

The Space

Mirage Family Haven is designed to bring families together. Whether you're spending the day at Disney, floating down the lazy river, or simply relaxing after a day of adventure, you'll find comfortable spaces to unwind and reconnect.

The open living area provides plenty of room for movie nights, board games, and making memories together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and snacks, while the spacious dining area invites everyone to gather around the table.

Upstairs, you'll find cozy bedrooms thoughtfully arranged to give everyone their own place to rest after a fun-filled day. The primary suite offers a king bed and private bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for kids, grandparents, and friends alike.

Regal Palms Resort is one of the premier resort communities in the Four Corners area. Guests enjoy access to a beach-style pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tubs, playgrounds, charcoal grills, on-site restaurant, tiki bar, gym, arcade, and ice cream parlor—everything you need for a memorable family vacation.

PLEASE NOTE: Regal Palms charges $22.40 per night (not per guest) upon arrival before releasing your wristbands for check-in.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home and Regal Palms Resort amenities (ie. gym, restaurant, pool, spa, and recreation areas).

There is adequate parking for up to three medium-sized cars if two are parked side by side and one behind both. Parking in the street is strictly prohibited and there is enforced towing by the HOA.

Other Things to Note

Check-In, Check-Out & Schedule Requests

Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m.

Resort Fees

There is a $22.40 per night fee due upon arrival that is required by Regal Palms Resort (not Sage Vacations) and is non-refundable. This is separate from the $100 incidental deposit.

$100 Incidental Deposit

Regal Palms Resort requires a refundable $100 incidental deposit at check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided all wristbands are returned and no damage occurs to resort amenities. This is separate from Regal Palms' resort fees.

Parking and Vehicle Rules

The driveway accommodates a maximum of 3 mid-sized or smaller vehicles. Please note that 3 large vehicles (such as minivans, SUVs, or trucks) will not fit together. If your vehicles do not fit entirely within the driveway boundaries, they must be moved to the Clubhouse lot for a fee of $10.70 per night.

To fit 3 cars, you must park two side-by-side at the top of the driveway and the third car sideways (perpendicularly) behind them. No part of the vehicle can hang over the curb into the street or touch the grass.

RVs, camper vans, buses, moving trucks, and trailers are not permitted at the townhome. These must be registered at the front desk for a fee of $10.70 per night ($10 + tax) and parked in the Clubhouse parking lot.

The Resort HOA is strict. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard at all times, especially overnight. Failure to display a pass, parking on the grass, or parking in the street will result in fines from the HOA. Vehicles left parked illegally for extended periods are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.

Security Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with an exterior video doorbell camera located at the main entrance. The camera records video and audio of the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces. Tampering with, covering, disabling, or disconnecting the camera is prohibited.
