Great spot for multiple families!

Overall a great stay at Champions gate. House was clean and as pictured in the listing. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids and we did not feel over crowded, lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was good, they addressed any of our needs in a timely manner. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more kitchen items available, but it was manageable. We would book this again.

A lovely, spacious villa that gave us a comfortable place to relax with friends after some hectic days. It had everything (and more) that we could ask for - large areas for entertainment from the pool / BBQ to a games room and great chill spaces from the cinema. Was upset that there was a game missing in the game room hockey table was damaged the PlayStation hdmi cord kept disconnecting and the remotes didn’t work in the bedrooms was annoying to keep having to get up to turn the tv down other then that it’s great property I love champions gate right close oasis’s club with the water park lazy river and tiki bar I love it nice and clean lots of things to do that’s near for everyone even babies my 8mth old love it her first vacation

Fantastic villa would highly recommend

The villa was spotless with great amenities. Everything was as it showed on the listing but the pictures don’t quite do it justice, it was even better in real life. Location was quiet and safe and just 5 mins drive from plenty of shops and restaurants. Time to Disney varied depending on the traffic, but 30 mins on average for us. Property owner was great, easy to contact and answered all questions no problem at all. Would not hesitate to go back to this property, an absolute gem. Thank you

We enjoyed the place, but thought it would be nicer for the price

It was a bit pricy for what it was--the listing looks much nicer than what it was, but we thoroughly enjoyed having our own pool and hot tub. The dishwasher and blender were both broken. The hot tub wasn't heated the very last night and the contact for the property didn't respond due to a big time change...I guess there was another property manager, but we weren't aware of that contact, which was unfortunate to not have the hot tub on our very last night.

I have stayed at Champions Gate several times over the last few years, and this is the first time everything went smoothly from day 1. Hot tub and pool heat worked perfectly all week, wifi connected immediately, BBQ was clean and ready to go and all appliances worked fine. Although the backyard privacy wasn't great, the pictures in the listing showed this in advance, so it wasn't a surprise. Would definitely rent again.

the family was there for 17 nights over christmas and new year - the villa is great - gilbert and the lady owners of the villa were quick to respond to the suggestions we had - the pool and hot tub are great - the cinema room is nice the sofa there needs to be renewed - the games room in the garage is nice but unnecessarily cold there in the winter - but the children didn't let it get to them - the kitchen was fine, the dishes could be renewed - the pots and pans arrived brand new during our stay - the barbecue was very good. Champions Gate Rental

Great block and location. House fell a bit short on expectations though. Kitchen cabinets and refrigerator had to be scrubbed. Lighting was not great but Gilberto did send in a handyman to install additional lighting. We had issues with the pool and they attempted to have it fixed (he did credit the pool heating fee back). However, we missed out on enjoying the pool for large parts of our stay while this was being worked on. Furniture was fine, beds were fine. We did have some issues with kitchen storage as two of the pantry areas were reserved for owners as opposed to one in previous houses we stayed in. Overall, the house was OK, but there were issues that came up that were disappointing. Gilberto did try to resolve it, and was pleasant to deal with, but at the end of the day, I was expecting a seamless vacation.

House was excellent and just as described in the listing. The house was very clean and fit our large family great. The only problem is the community HOA, it’s like they are on a power trip. Gate process absolutely sucked! Always backed up and the guards wouldn’t allow some of the listed drivers into the property because they were passenger. The clubhouse entrance to the community pool was a complete nightmare. As if it weren’t hard enough to get into the community, they want you to do another complete checkpoint for wrist bands. That being said, we loved the house but will never stay in this community again.

Very nice spacious house in excellent location. There are a lot of properties on the large and very nice Champions Gate complex and the design means there isn’t much room between the properties. When sitting outside by the pool the noise does travel from neighbouring houses. The rules state a ‘quiet time’ after 9pm but that was not the case in the property immediately behind us!! Thankfully it was only occupied at the weekends. We booked for 21 nights and we would expect a change of bed sheets for a stay of that duration but that was not the case. We had a problem with the washing machine but that was resolved very quickly by the management company. Thank you. We enjoyed the cinema room.

Great House Horrible Property Manager

The house has the potential to be great but the property manager (vacations4u) are awful. Adequate cleanliness upon arrival but certainly not "clean". More like a quick tidy. Fridge wasn't working, was in pieces 3 days in a row at dinner time! Freezer never worked properly for the 10 days we were there. Ice maker never worked despite several reminders to management. Kept finding numerous small items needing attention that should have been caught prior to us checking in. Poor communication. Kept being told to contact the owner? Why? Don't even have the owners contact info and it's not posted anywhere. Internet virtually useless, kept dropping connection. Good luck trying to stream anything to the big screen. Cable was excellent for choices. Pool and BBQ great. Lots of room for our 9 family members and a quiet house. Property manager hung up on us and seemed generally uninterested. I really don't like posting such a negative review as the house should get 5 stars.
