This 24-hour guard-gated unique resort provides a fabulous water park, a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a Fitness Center, a resort-style heated Pool with a Lazy River, a Tiki Bar & Spa, a Volleyball Court & Multi-Purpose Sports Courts.

Lots of space!

Our family of 13 recently stayed at this property. We loved it had so much room for 4 adult couples (we all got a king!) 4 teens and a baby. The rooms were nice size and a bathroom convenient to each. The pool was great and heated per our request. Lindsay was very responsive and very quick to respond to any questions. We had a great vacation!

A great getaway!

First off the communication was fantastic! I always got fast responses and friendly. The home is huge and in great shape. I brought my 1 year old daughter with us and since we traveled there we weren’t able to bring some of things she usually would need, I thought I was going to have to make due but to my surprise the house had a baby gate, stroller and high chair. It made our stay so incredibly easier! The house was clean and had great info sheets about wifi, pool use, etc on the walls. I would 100% stay there again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. Lindsay help made our daughter’s first birthday easier and comfortable!

Birthday stay

The property was very cozy and Beautifully well kept. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful.. Our host was very attentive and she made sure we all felt like we were at home. The beds and mattresses were the best felt vacation stay choices. Overall stay was great with Ms.Lindsay. Pool and hot tub was a plus !!!!

Great for a large group

We enjoyed our weekend getaway! The only hassle was the small driveway-the truck stuck partway out into the sidewalk and a sticker was placed on the window that was VERY hard to get off! Wish we would’ve known, but it all worked out and we had a great time at the house.

Great property. Great Host. The Air Conditioning System had a bit of a hiccup. I contacted the Property Manager and they sent a maintenance technician to fix it right away. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Great family time

House was beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone. It would be nice if there were some cleaning products like windex , toilet bowl cleaner, granite cleaner etc., entering gate was very frustrating but overall the amenities were great. Our family enjoyed time at the community pool as well as personal pool & hot tub. We would rent again.

Great experience! I would stay again

Lindsay's rental property was just what we needed and even more spacious than I expected! Lindsay is a great host and responded quickly to any questions that I had. Her open communication was so helpful. She made my family feel comfortable and didn't add to any stress or unneccesary emotions, as we were in town for a funeral. Thank you Lindsay! I would most definitely stay at your home again.

Great House

The house was perfect for our annual golf trip. Communication with the host was excellent before, during, and after our stay. We had an issue with the upstairs AC and maintenance had it repaired within a couple hours. Everything was as advertised. The only thing lacking based on our other experiences was that the kitchen supplies were a little thin (cookie sheet, cooking spray, trash bags, etc) since we are sure many of these items are left behind after each rental. Overall a great experience and we recommend this house!

Enjoyed our stay

Had a great week at the property with 16 family members. Lindsay and her team were great to work with. We had a few issues with the property in the beginning but they were quickly resolved. Response time was very timely all week and anything that needed to be taken care of or addressed was done in a timely manner. The team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The family loved the pool and hot tub and the kitchen/dining area handled our large group quite well. All in all, a great experience.

Quick, weekend trip

Great place for the four of us soccer dads and our daughters . Plenty of room for the girls to relax. Kitchen was great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms/showers for everyone. Only drawback is the LOUD neighborhood. First night, neighbors were throwing a rager until well after 1 am. Second night, neighbors were out on the sidewalk fighting at 3 am. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Even still, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Golf vacation

The property was in a good location for our trip, the hot tub, and pool were excellent, the BBQ was good for our needs. The house layout with 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms was great. The managers of the property were very accommodating to any and all requests we had and were prompt in replying. All in all this is an excellent property and if these few minor changes are made this will be a property that everyone will enjoy. These are observations not criticisms and if you want the property to be an A listing here are the things I would recommend. 1. The furniture in the family room where we all gathered looks great but was very uncomfortable. 2. the bedrooms with the 2 beds are in need of replacement and they were very uncomfortable for the adults in those rooms. 3. The kitchen utensils pots and pans were usable but are in need of replacement as they have seen better days. 4. their were no small side or bread plates available and we had to use the regular size plates for everything. Thank you for allowing us to stay and see you next year.
