Great place!

The house was just as described in a great neighborhood close to everything including the parks. Plenty of room and amenities for a family to stay. I would absolutely stay here next time!

Disney Family Fun

Great stay close to all Disney parks and highways. Having the beautiful pool in the yard was great for afternoon breaks and late night swims!

Perfect place to stay

We loved staying in this home. The host was very quick to respond to any questions throughout the booking and the vacation. The home is just as it is pictured and actually felt a bit more spacious than we even imagined. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. We will definitely try to book this house again the next time we are in the area.

2024 Vacation

We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. With a family of 5 with 3 teenagers it was nice to have distance. The pool was a little chilly but the weather was cloudy most of the time. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful home!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Conveniently located to all WDW parks, especially AK, which was only a couple miles away. The home is just a described and comfortably furnished. The pool was great and convenient. We visited the property’s Oasis community pool, but decided to just use the unit’s pool. Owner (Jeff) was very accommodating and responsive to any needs we had along the way. Will definitely stay here again! The O’Brien family Allentown, PA

The home was beautiful and cozy. I love the decorations and the kids room.

The process of booking and check in was awesome. I would book again at this property. The only concern I had was the tiny bugs that seem to never go away on the kitchen counter near the sinks and the kids bedroom/bathroom. I noticed on the sign in book from the clients before us had the same concerns. But other than that, the home was perfect!!

Perfect for Orlando visit

The house had everything we needed for our 8-night stay. We have twin 8-year-old boys, and they absolutely loved the pool (we did pay extra to heat it, and it was worth it!). The only downside is that there is no view from the pool, only a wall to provide privacy for neighbours, but it seems that most of the houses in the community are like that. There’s a pool table in the games room, which allows extra space to hang out. The clubhouse facilities are also excellent. We used the pool, basketball court and tennis court. The bar was closed due to renovation during most of our stay, so can’t comment on that. Overall, the community is well-kept and perfect for access to Disney. Jeff was very quick to communicate and very helpful.

Location was great, went to Disney and SeaWorld. set up at house was very convenient for two families. Pool was clean and kids loved it. The neighborhood pool and complex was also super nice. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would rent again.

Fantastic propery!

Clean, very nice, comfortable, well-equipped and convenient to Disney! The pool was a BIG hit with the kids and the security of the gated community was a big hit with me!

Home is clean and set up was perfect for us. Love the set up for the game room. It was close to the parks, shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked, home was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

First Class Home and Host

We stayed in this beautiful home while we were here for our daughter’s UDA competition. We had a group of 8, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We had plenty of space and privacy. It was conveniently located, less than 10 miles from Disney parks and other popular Disney experiences like ESPN Wide World of Sports and Disney Springs. It’s only about a 25-30 minute drive to Universal studios (with traffic). There’s a well stocked Walmart within 2-3 miles. We felt very safe, thanks to it being in a gated community. It was also a great place to get a break from the crowds. The house itself was beautifully decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. Jeff was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to my questions throughout our stay.

Large house good location

Plenty of room with four bedrooms. Professionally cleaned and well stocked with items. The area is gated residential but most things about ten minute drive away. Garage converted to a game room so park outside. Book early if interested.

Great Property Less Than Thirty Minutes From Everything!

Chose this property due to it's relative close proximity to everything. Actioned Disney, Universal, Shopping and Dining all within less than 30 minutes from the property.Everything was clean and in good working order. John was a great host.Highly recommend.
