Getting Around:

• The community allows a maximum of 4 vehicles per property.

• There are two parking spots in the driveway.

• You may also park up to two additional cars on the street, as long as community rules are followed: do not park near fire hydrants, on the sidewalk, or on the grass.

• You can also park at the clubhouse parking, but no overnight parking is allowed, otherwise, your car will be towed.

• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed beyond the gate guard.

• Pool heating: $65/day (plus taxes)

- 10% discount for 3+ nights

- 15% discount for 7+ nights

- 20% discount for 14+ nights

• Pet-friendly fee: $85 (plus taxes) per booking.

• Propane tank for BBQ: $59 (plus taxes)

• Shower chair: available at no extra cost (upon prior request)

• Accessibility ramp: available at no extra cost (upon prior request)
