Large and recently modernised and upgraded, 2,794sq ft Luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa. Sleeps 8-10 people in comfort. Large 26x13' with a 6' depth heated pool and hot spa/jacuzzi (additional $36 per day fee for Pool and Spa heat, includes Vrbo fees/US taxes. minimum booking of 4 days).
Large living area. Dining area. Loft with computer / high speed wireless internet access. Wall mounted 86' 4K LG Smart TV with free Cable (including premium Sports channels) and free Netflix and PS4, in family room. 32" wall mounted 4K Smart TV's with 125 Cable channels and free Netflix in all of the 4 bedrooms.
4 bedrooms (all with their own full en-suite). Fully air conditioned. Extended deck area, fully screened to keep the bugs out. Large covered lanai area with summer grill BBQ
Games room with 8ft Slate Pool table, 6ft Electronic Darts and.... Utility area with Wifi Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.

BellaVida has its own 6,700 sq ft grand clubhouse and over 15 acres of lakes. The Clubhouse is paid for by the homeowners for their own use and that of their guests and is the largest Park Square Homes have built to date with a host of features including a large zero entry pool, a handy shop, fitness centre, video arcade, Cinema room, formal Italian style gardens, tot lot, beach volleyball, basketball court and much more...

Only 5 minutes to the 1st of 4 local 18 hole Golf Courses. Only a 10 minute drive to the entrance gates for any of the 4 Disney Theme Parks. Only a 20 minute drive to SeaWorld and Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure Parks. Only a 25 minute drive to the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

A great place to stay.

Excellent house with pool and hot tub and ensuite bathroom and tv in each of the 4 bedrooms. Would defiitely rent again if going back to Orlando with family.

Great stay. Property was exactly as listed and had plenty of space for everyone. Very nice pool area and jacuzzi on the back side of the villa. Very nice community pool area also. Very clean and well maintained property. Owner was great at getting back if we had any questions.

Home base for our Disney dream vacation

A very nice place for our multigenerational family to stay during our Disney/ Universal vacation. It was close enough that we could bring our one-year-old grandson back to the house during the heat of the afternoons, while the young adults remained at the parks. The pool was very refreshing after a day in the heat!

It was cool

The house was pretty clean just the furniture a little out dated nothing major though. We also loved the fact each room had a bathroom. Over all our stay was good. My mother is the biggest critic and for her not to complain that’s a great sign.

The house, pool and hot tub were great. The house had every thing we needed to have an enjoyable time. Communication with the owner was very good. The house is in a great location for any of the Disney theme parks, and many other attractions. The neighborhood is nice, but the road in front of the house is very busy. Some vehicles/motorcycles were very loud, which was noticeable when trying to sleep. Other than that it's a very nice place to stay!

There are so many perks at this place. For us was the carpeted laundry room/billiard room. And pool. It was so nice. I could wash clothes and watch the littles they loved the warm pool but only 4 miles to Disney a bonus! Everything we needed was at our disposal. Walmart for a few groceries Has McDonald’s (for the kids) it was just a perfect location The house itself was modern …nicely decorated open plan which was great oversized tv which played Christmas music just a very nice place to stay. And clean!!! We stayed at these places for 8 years and this was far the cleanest this is very important!!! To me! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home

As advertised

House was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The game room with pool and darts was fun and the pool and hot tub were refreshing. The only fault on my part was that I did not read that heating the pool was an extra charge. The heater on heats the hot tub which spills into the pool so the pool did not heat up as much as we would have liked.Overall, good place to stay.

Perfect for Disney trip

We stayed 8 nights here. The check in was good but couldn’t locate my gate code so there was a small delay from owner for the info. Also was mentioned I had a welcome letter with info on it and never did see that. However that didn’t get in the way of our amazing time.The pool and hot tub were perfect (pay to have them heated) easy to use. The house has all the things we needed especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and there were pool toys too. It was nice to have the pool table as well. My girls loved the space for us to enjoy and have our own rooms.There are quite a few people out on the streets on the weekend nights but no one disturbed us. We kept so busy with the parks we never used the clubhouse or even went there but it looked nice from the road. I would love to come stay again. Highly recommend and price is very reasonable for the amenities.

Great property. Good commnication with owner, great location for disney 20 mins . Wallmart next door to bellavida. Cant fault property, great to have your own bathròom in every bedroom. Pool and hot tub are great to have. Would recommend having the pool heated. 85 inch tv is good in sitting area.Plenty of pots pans etc in kitchen. Just as a side note we hired a car from turo well worth it. No queues at airport no trying to get you to have upgrades and a fair bit cheaper. We had a very special holiday at this property and only wish we were all stìll there. Big thanks to Tony

Great family spot

We loved the house. This house is in a great central location for all the major Orlando activities - Universal, various Disney parks, Legoland, etc. Legoland is just under and hour away but the Disney parks are all within 25 minutes or less. The house offers 4 bedrooms each en-suites so everyone in the family has their own space. The pool, hot tub, and BBQ in the backyard coupled with game room (garage conversion) make for great quality down time after all the busy activities. One bedroom downstairs allows an opportunity for no stair climbing for those who may need that. The other three bedrooms including the kids room are upstairs. The new carpeting is very comfy. The house doesn't have granite countertops or the most updated appliances, but it easily meets all needs. Don’t pass up the Knights at Medieval Times which is literally down the street.

Wow! Even beter in real life...

Dealing with the owner was a breeze from start to finish. Nothing was too much hassle. The property is even more beautiful in reality, pictures dont do it justice. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail like little bottles of shampoo to get you started until you can get to shops was a welcome treat. Plenty of towels provided too. Beds were very comfortable also. The area is very secure and the gate staff were lovely. There is a massive Walmart 2 mins drive away which was super handy and a chik fila which my girla loved. (Other places were close by but this was one of their faves) The location was 30mins drive to all parks pretty much and was easy to navigate especially just using google maps on our phone. If you are planning a visit to Florida, I would recommend this villa 100% and will be back myself as soon as I get the funds for another trip. Thanks Tony for letting us share your wonderful home.

Wonderful property in close proximity to attractions

We had a large group consisting of 4 adults and six children and loved our stay on this property. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the home was close to shopping, dining, and Disney. The pool and hot tub were great and the covered patio quickly became our favorite hangout spot. The game room with couches and pool table was a close second. My only complaint was that the air conditioner could not be lowered below 74 degrees and the game room (located in the enclosed garage) did not have air, which meant that the door between the house and garage needed to stay open to maintain a livable temperature. My husband is very hot-natured and our personal home (3600 sq. ft) typically stays between 66-68 degrees in the summer, so this was an adjustment for us; however, I do understand keeping costs down and also the risk of having guests continually adjust the thermostat. Most of our crew said they would have felt more comfortable if the temp were at least a few degrees cooler, but again, this was our only complaint. We would definitely stay again and just bring a few fans next time!

We wanted to stay much longer....😢

We have stayed at Bellavida in this very property once before and, as then, were blown away at just how awesome it was during our entire stay. It is in a secure gated community, beautifully sited on a boulevard with the pool/rear deck looking out in total privacy over a tree filled nature reserve-ish land. The property is beautifully laid out, immaculately clean and had all we needed for our arrival prior to doing a little food shopping at the WalMart a few minutes down the road, but far enough away to not be heard. Traveling to Bellavida and accessing the villa was easy and smoothe and Tony was, as before, very quick to respond whenever we needed to contact him which was just to confirm one or two items regarding our upcoming departure. Beds were super comfy, it was just unfortunate that we only had two "mong" (rest-up) days to fully enjoy the property as a home and relax in the jacuzzi/pool. Also we did not have the opportunity to use the clubhouse and large zero-entry pool sited there. This will be first choice on our return as it is circa 20min drive from the parks (c35mins to Universal Studios)and just great to return to after the many a-hectic days out. I just hope that it will be available then. Many thanks Tony & Jackie for helping to make this and the previous trips to Orlando that extra special. 😁👏

Owner is super, and very responsive. He was even very cordial when we mistakenly thought we had booked it for an extra day. It was completely my fault due to changes in our vacation days, and had booked the room well in advance, but the owner was gracious about the whole situation. If he’ll have us well stay again.
