Beautiful Roomy Condo near Disney & Universal

An ideal getaway home for families and friends. 2mi to Disney .. SeaWorld and Universal Studios within 20mins. The beautiful Clearwater beach is just over an hour away. Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment all nearby.
1 king bed in the master, 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed in the guest room. Stylishly decorated. Perfectly located for Theme Parks, Relaxing or Work. Resort has gym, pool. Ideal and affordable. We love to host and care.
No smoking, partying, events or pets. Violators will be penalized.

This home is on 4rth floor and has elevators for easy access.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV in each room and a washer and dryer, linen and towels are provided to the guests!

The pool and gym are open from 8am-10pm.

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils

This home is located very close to many restaurants and shopping.


We have a security camera outside the main door monitoring the area outside the main entrance.

Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.

Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.

This is a strictly no smoking property. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets.


No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.
