Amazing value for this lovely property. Highlights were the comfortable beds, big showers with great pressure, and cold AC. The air hockey table did not work and I needed to buy coffee filters. Very responsive management, easy to check in and close to main highways with all the stores and restaurants you could hope for. There were plenty of pillows, towels, and hand soap. Consider bringing extra toilet paper and ice trays/bags and water because the refrigerator doesn't have those features. The pool floor was rough so you need water shoes. Overall this was an excellent vacation home!

Great Family house near parks

About 25-35 min away from most Disney parks and about 40 from Universal. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Great communication with property managers. Would definitely stay again.

The house was super clean and the pool was good for the size of the property. Nice quiet neighbourhood. The host was always available and responded quickly when contacted. The property manager was super helpful too. I would have liked some basic cleaning products to be available as none were provided (dishwasher tablets, sink cleaner, trash bags etc) and no basic condiments either. If you’ll be cooking, you’ll need to buy them. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ideal villa for Disney with the family!

We would definitely recommend this villa! We had a fantastic stay. Close to Disney, restaurants and supermarkets and even a gym to keep my husband happy! The villa was beautifully clean upon arrival and the check in process was easy! Pool was great for our family for 6 - with 4 children. Ample space. The games room was an added bonus to help keep the kids entertained. We would love to come back one day!

Excellent stay

My daughter and I stayed at this property recently. It was exactly as advertised, even better. The host was extremely responsive, the property manager was friendly and kind. We arrived well before check in however were able to relax by the pool until the house was ready for us. The pool was great, house immaculate, game room super cool, and everything we could possibly need was provided. Highly recommend this property. I’d love to go back with a bigger group :)

Amazing spacious home!!

The pictures do no justice for how beautiful and spacious this home is. The owner was very accommodating to our needs and communicated everything we needed to know. We have 3 kids and everyone had their own space and really enjoyed the game room.

Holiday trip with friends

The house was clean and spacious. 3.5 bathrooms was very convenient for 7 people, including 3 teenage girls. Pool was nice. The location is convenient for a lot of different activities. If I were to offer suggestions for improvement, the sheets were very hot and the couches were not ideal for a large group to watch tv.

Overall Great Experience.

Everything was exactly as advertised. My family and I stayed about 10 days, and the only downfall was that there wasn’t any available cabinet spaces for food; they were all locked. So we had to keep food/snacks for the week out on the counters. Location was quiet, pool was great, and would definitely stay there again.

2025 snowbirds

This was our second stay at the house. It was ideal for our month stay. The house is spacious, well-appointed for both short and long stays, and was spotless upon our arrival. The house is located in the welcoming Glenbrook community. Both Nancy and Gurjeet were attentive to our needs. Nancy frequently checked with us during our stay and was quick to answer our questions and address any concern (even in person when needed). The heated pool is a plus. Clermont is a desirable area which still has some "country-ish" feel, yet so close to the Disney parks. We enjoyed our time in both the area and the house and we are planning to return next winter.

The air conditioner was fabulous. We never had it below 75 and we were comfortable. That says a lot in the heat and humidity! The pool was much larger than expected. That was a bonus! Well supplied kitchen It was nice to have the backache to make other the first 24-48 hours. Toilet paper. Paper towels, garbage bags. Soap. Very nice home
