Lovely 4 bed/3 bath villa in the beautiful gated community of Lake Berkley

Our newly decorated 2 storey villa in Lake Berkley has everything you'll need for a wonderful vacation in the sun. Its own private pool, 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), good sized family room/dining room with separate kitchen, a/c throughout and cable t.v.'s in every room, with internet and free telephone calls.

The beautiful community of Lake Berkley is in one of the best locations in Orlando for all the parks, which are just 10 minutes drive away, shopping, dining out and entertainment. There is a 24 hour Walmart superstore within walking distance for all your daily needs.

Lake Berkley is a quiet, safe community with 24 hour gated access. There are two lakes and dozens of walking trails, a fitness centre, and an outdoor pool with small beach.

The villa has just recently been decorated, with new carpets, beds, furniture and t.v.'s. Its a very comfortable, well-kept villa and is kept spotlessly clean by our very efficient and helpful management company who are at hand for any issues or questions you may have.

The private pool is secluded and quiet, and there is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy everything that Orlando has to offer.

Wonderful place!!!

I can't say enough about the owner Rosemary. We had a problem with the cable box and within a couple of hours someone was there to fix it. In fact, we have become friends. The house was great. Close to everything. The sad thing we had to leave 4 days earlier because of the virus.

Where do I begin??

This place has lots of problems specifically the management company. They have severely neglected maintaining this property. Light bulbs burned out or missing both upstairs and down, the lightbulb that was in the bathroom downstairs was a flood light bulb for outdoors, no lightbulbs at the entry way to the front door, no batteries in remotes, wifi never did work, no HDMI cable to hook up tv in living room (had to grab a cable from the bedroom), toilet paper and holder missing, downstairs toilet tank was not attached so it rocked back and forth, pillows and mattress stained, hair in the bed when we pulled back the sheets, both fire extinguishers were expired by over a year and the upstairs sink had a hole in it. I really believe the owners have not been to this property in a very long time as Rosemary was shocked when I emailed her about the condition. I hope her surprise was legitimate. We had to buy our own toilet paper and pillows. It's so sad to see the condition of this place because it could be really nice.

Run down residence

Other than bugs and dirt, a hole in the sink, dirty pool and torn up furniture, we had issues with the old and almost non functional appliances.

amazing house and amazing people

we had a couple issues at first with the front gate but ms. rosemary fixed everything right up... its abeautiful home and she is so wonderful... i will definitely come back just for them ...
