The house was great! We had everything we needed and more! The beds are very comfortable which is really nice after a long day at the parks. The kids had a blast in the pool. I would highly recommend this villa.

Perfect villa in beautiful location

I stayed here with my family 2 adults and 2 children. The property was very clean comfortable and perfect for our family holiday. The host was very quick at responding to messages and answering any questions asked. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house in Solana

This home was very nice. We were in town for a Disney after hours event and the location was convenient to the parks. We used the private pool and spa daily. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice. Excellent location for our needs. The game room wasn’t used, because it was not air conditioned, but that was not a major disappointment. The water heater does sing rather loudly. Otherwise it was great

Great place for a family vacation

Pros: Overall nice place for a family vacation. Has plenty of space, and was clean. Cons: The AC was problematic. We were told that it couldn’t go below 72°, which was fine but took forever to figure out how to set it. The screen kept locking on us. The wifi must have had some sort of limit because most nights it shut off, and with the majority of TVs being smart TVs, that was tricky (we had three young children and when the rain came and they were stuck inside, it would have been nice to let them watch a movie).

Family Disney Trip

We stayed here for a week at Disney! The home was clean and much bigger than expected. We comfortably slept 3 adults and one child with plenty of room to spare. My niece loved the pool, we didn’t opt in for heating and even in November it was comfortable to swim in. Plenty of pool toys and towels were available, and having the washer and dryer available was very convenient. We had one day where we experienced some connectivity issues, and the hosts were quick to respond and have things reset for us. The commute to Disney was a little longer with traffic, but it was nice being away from the city bustle in the evenings. I’d definitely recommend this home if you’re traveling with a larger group!

Absolutely perfect

We had the most amazing 17 days staying at this villa. The location is perfect if you’re looking for time away from the busy parks. We loved chilling at the villa first thing in the day and last thing at night. It was Spring break in Florida during our stay, so the roads were busy but the beauty of this villa is there are lots of routes to all the parks enabling you to find the quickest. Disney is around 25/30 minutes and Universal around 45 minutes. There’s loads of places to eat/shop near the villa. The owners were absolutely brilliant and helped me loads with recommendations. We had the holiday of a lifetime and I genuinely believe the Villa created this. I’ll never forget the morning sat in the sun with my breakfast before we hit the busy parks. I’ll also cherish watching the kids jumping in the pool at night cooling off after a hot day. Highly recommend.

Wonderful and Clean house

My husband and 11year old daughter stayed at this house for 7 nights in May, for our daughter's birthday. The house was very clean and so comfortable! It was perfect! There would have been plenty of room, the layout of the house would be great for larger groups too. Our daughter loved the Frozen theme bedroom and called it cozy.Nice size kitchen, plenty of utensils and cookware to use, same for towels in the bathrooms, very ample supply.We loved the pool and used it daily, the pool pumps are on timers, they usually ran 10am-6pm, so after 6pm the jets in the whirlpool would not activate, which was kinda of a bummer, after being at theme parks all day, whirlpool jets would have been niceWe didn't need pool heat being in late May. There wasn't any pool floats, but we had brought some pool toys from home and we did leave a boogie board there if anyone needs it.They do have strollers and coolers for use as well, we didn't use the game room, just didn't have time. We had no issues while we were there so we never had to reach out to anyone, they had very nice updated appliances and everything was in working order.Solana is a beautiful gated community, we felt safe. We stopped by the clubhouse when we first arrived but never had time to go back, but it looked very lovely, and they have an activity schedule which looked so fun!We would definitely go back to this house!

Nice Complex

We travel frequently to Florida with a family of 4 w older teen daughters. This is a comfy, clean, roomy 4bd 3bath home in a section of Davenport. Solana is a gated, very nice community with clubhouse, pool, mini-golf, ping pong, exercise room, arcade. Publix close by. Cute British cafe across road. Two living room areas in the house, fully equipped kitchen, 7 TV's, two master brm's with kings: large tub and walk-in closet in the main one. Plenty of hot water. Good Wifi, Nice pool area with hedges, no bbq. Jetted smaller side tub. For winter, recommend paying extra for pool heat. They offer 3 $ choices. Game room has pool table, foosball, washer/dryer. Orlando area traffic has greatly increased. Check GPS. 40mins.- 1 hour to Universal or MCO; 30 mins. to Disney World. 1hr.15mins+ to Cocoa Beach or a bit more to Clearwater. Hit parks early. We enjoy Mini-golf with gators, goofy gift shops on 192; visit Old Town Celebration, International Drive; Broadway Show at WD theater, Melbourne Zoo, Merritt Island Refuge, Cape Canaveral beach, Dixie Crossroads seafood icon in Titusville. We always find something new to do. Cute Frozen room. Hosts accommodating and available. Tusen Takk!

Our family fell in love with this house!

Arriving to the gated community was a treat! The man at the gate was so helpful as we arrived early. We enjoyed Cecils smiling face each reentry to our home away from for the next two weeks!! I have never felt so at home, comfortable on a vacation! This home is listed exactly as it is. We had so much room for our family of 6. After spending long days at the theme parks together coming back to relax in the pool was a bonus. Once everuone wanted to go their separate ways there was ample space to do so. Our family enjoys time together but after along day you just need your space and relaxation. Whether it was in the two livingrooms, pool area, bedroom, game room, or for us the amazing master bath with huge garden type whirlpool tub, we all found our peace before the next day of excitement out at the parks. We were so close to everything!! But just far enough away not to be in the middle of it all. Our gps took us back ways that quickly got us where we needed to go depending on traffic. We did the parks while we stayed and we drove to the east coast one day to Cocoa Beach to try and watch a space launch. We also drop to the gulf to clearwater beach as well. Just a 45-60 minute drive to either side depending on traffic. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back. We loved the cleanliness and condition of comfort we received. I had got nervous reading reviews about the mattress in a past post. We absolutely loved it! We have no complaints. Hosts were amazing!
