Host communicate very well. House is very spacious but is not clean enough, the bed sheets and towels were dirty, a lot of things broken and falling apart. Families pay too many fees for cleaning when we rent this houses in Vrbo and other pages that is unfair we don’t get what we are paying for it.

Location was great to everything we wanted to do.. the pool was bigger then any pool we' ve had.. the host was very quick to responding to any question or needs..the best she made us feel safe like as we was home by having access to setting the alarm when needed. Thanks soo much.

It’s a very average property in terms of decor. Old fashioned clunky dark furniture. Ok for a family with young kids who just want a place to sleep. Only two sun lounges with no cushions on etc. Takes a while to get to Disney or Universal as roads are congested. I’d stay nearer the parks.

Great stay somewhat.

This is a great place to stay and vacation, the only downside I had were the mattress were horrible. I barely slept all weekend because of it and my kids complained their backs ached after sleeping on the mattress. Other than that it was an excellent property.

Lots of Potential.

The property is at the very end of a building complex, with many speed bumps to drive over before reaching it. House was sizeable and had lots of room, but it was stocked with the bare minimum, BBQ had extra fees that seemed unreasonable. Propane was cheaper to purchase at the near by Walmart then to get it from them. The pool and hot tub not heated and chilly and require again more fees that were unreasonable. Would have been nice to know general information before hand. No information package on arrival as some places have which are very helpful. Pool deck was large, lots of room to sit outside. Single beds were hard and difficult to sleep on, larger beds Ok. Host was very responsive. Location felt safe and not hectic. Did not like the cameras watching you all the time.
