1 small bottle of dish soap

1 hand soap per bathroom

🔹 Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items (e.g., paper products, soap, detergent, coffee, etc.)
🔹 Daily housekeeping is not included

🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
🚭 No Smoking – $350+tax cleaning fee if violated

🐾 No Pets Allowed – Same penalty and immediate eviction without refund

👥 Maximum occupancy: 4 guests + 1 infant (under 2)

👤 Lead guest must be present throughout the stay

🔇 Keep noise to a minimum, especially in the mornings and evenings

🕙 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (community enforced)
