Luxury Family Villa 3.5 Miles To Disney, Very Affordable!

Come and relax in this well kept single family home with swimming pool and covered Lanai and to think just 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World. Conveniently located in Indian Creek community off Rt 192 and I-4. Great for a perfect family vacation. This house is close to everything. Just minutes up the road you will find a variety of popular restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery stores as well which cuts down on all that driving time while you are on vacation so you can enjoy more time at the parks and less time driving.

This house has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, range and microwave. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi. We have recently added all new appliances in the kitchen including a new refrigerator. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and also in all the bedrooms.

There is a basketball, tennis court and putting green right at your back door. Also there are two playgrounds for the little ones right around the corner. This house is conveniently located just a mile up the road from a grocery store, pharmacy, and many popular restaurants. A Walmart and Target can be found just up the road as well and also miniature gulf.

This house was ideal for our stay in Orlando. Disney was only 15-20 mins away. Plenty of bedrooms/bathroom and the kids loved the pool!

Perfect for Cheer Summit

This was the most perfect location that was close to cheer practice, convenient to the competition as well as all the parks. The kids loved having the pool to relax and even as teenagers the Disney themed rooms. The game room was an awesome added benefit!

Winter get away

We stayed in this villa for 6 weeks. It was clean spacious and very well furnished. It was close to everything, but back off the beaten path enough to feel very private. We also lived the heated pool. If this is your area, this is your house!!

Great home base!

The house was a very comfortable home base after spending a fun day in the sun! My teenagers really enjoyed hanging out in the game room playing pool and unwinding from the day while mom enjoyed the actual pool on the lanai! Very safe location near everything you might need.

Communication with the property owner was very easy. Check in and out was very simple. The location of the property to what we were doing was fantastic.only complaints There were some crumbs around the floors from the previous stay and the hallway bathtub did not drain so when showering you had to stand in a tub of water. Overall this was a good place to stay though.

Wonderful relaxing stay in Orlando

Property was as described in ad except for a nice Disney theming upgrade to one of the twin bedrooms no pictured in the original ad which was a pleasant surprise. Pool was wonderful to refresh in the hot Florida sun. Location of property was drive able to all major attractions that we visited during our stay. There were some minor issues during stay, but property manager was very easy to reach and resolve them. Excellent communication. Highly recommend a stay here.

The home was pretty much how the listing looked. It actually had more space than expected. Our stay was pleasant and restful there. I very much appreciated all the little notes left around the home to help guide us. Although the thermostat does not go below 72 trust me that was enough to keep the home cool. Could definitely rent again if we ever go back to Disney or Orlando. Only a short 15 min drive to the parks and a few more to many dining options.

Ideal location & has everything you need

The location of the property is ideal to get to all areas. It has a great backdrop overlooking the green and the basketball court it feels very private. The host was always responsive to queries. The heated pool was brilliant for the kids and everywhere was clean and tidy. The second main bedroom could do with some more furniture and the beds could do with replacing in both the twin rooms and second bedroom as they are all very rickety and noisy. But there’s plenty of towels and everything you need there for your stay. Would def return as always a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Great space for a larger group

This was the first time we have ever rented a home while visiting Disney but we had such a large group that staying in one of the resorts didn't make sense. This home worked perfectly! Four bedrooms with three baths made it easy even with six teenaged girls. The home was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool was smaller than expected but still gave them plenty of room to cool off and horse around. Plenty of room while dining as a group or watching a movie after a long day in the park. The furniture is a little older but still in very good condition. My group loved our little villa!

A good and relaxing house

The overall stay was good and sufficient for family time and relaxation after a long day exploring Florida. The pool was very nice and well kept as well as the border surrounding said pool, that kept out most bugs, allowing us to fully enjoy the pool.

Perfect Location

Perfect location, near everything. We spent the week visiting the Disney parks and SeaWorld. Walmart is also right down the road, for anything you need. My family had a great time and would definitely recommend!
