The property was spacious and had amenities. The breakfast was more of a pack and go meal. We chose cereal & fruits. The room was average, clean, but a lil outdated. We enjoyed our one night. The night check in person wasn’t very pleasant and didn’t greet anyone nicely. He seemed bothered by having to do his job

Good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. It was very convenient. The suite we were in was very worn. The sofa and chairs were all threadbare. The sofa was comfortable to sit on but the pull out bed was unusable. It was basically springs. It was unmade: There was only a flat sheet and an unwashed blanket for it. The green beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice to have bit it had not been mopped. There was sticky stuff and crumbs on the floor. The chairs had crumbs on them. A few of the handles to the cupboards had food or something crusty on them. Overall it was acceptable for the price. I do expect things clean and was disappointed. The bathrooms seemed clean enough. The staff was excellent. Everyone we came in contact with were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were good and appreciated.

Staff at the front desk. It very had to talk to staff that dose not speak english. There where thing that need fixing. The doors is one. Breakfast station area is a bit small to move around other location have a better service.

Great size rooms. Love the location. The staff was extra friendly! Sadly, they were out of quarters, and we were in dire need of doing laundry. Also the facility itself seemed a bit dated.

1. Our keys didn't work. 2. There was no place to park, so we had to park in an adjacent restaurant parking lot. Otherwise, everything was great.

We stayed here prior to a cruise. The biggest frustration was the time it took for the shuttle to arrive. The property itself could use a bit of a deep clean, especially for the price. The breakfast was fine. Overall, it met our needs, but would have appreciated a better experience for the price per night.

Close to the airport, easy shuttle service, right next door to restaurants. Front counter staff (Juan) was really friendly, the room was large and clean (perhaps a bit dated with the decor) but that’s fine. Nice breakfast selection too.

Really liked how close to the airport it was. I chose the hotel for the distance and the shuttle included. Turns our the shuttle was out of commission the that morning so they just had you use uber or lyft and plan to reimburse. I have sent the receipt - will see what happens. My only issue was that the front desk didn't answer the phone. I tried 4 times over 2 hours - wasn't an emergency but had it been there could have been a problem.

We booked a a two bedroom and got a one bedroom with a pull out couch. The pull out couch was uncomfortable. Our room phone was left without a cord so we could not get ahold of the front office. There were no couch linens available and the room wasn’t very clean. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We did have a scheduled shuttle ride to the airport. After waiting for a little while we asked and they told us the driver was not available. So we had to drive and park at the airport. We wished someone would have called us to let us know.

We booked this hotel because the website said airport shuttle service was 24 hours when in reality it runs from 7am to 11pm. So we paid extra money to be close to the airport and had to pay even more to order a Lyft driver to get us to the airport. So that was annoying. They should consider keeping a wheel chair in the lobby at least to assist disabled or injured guests to their room. The front desk staff watched my husband hobble through the lobby to our room on a broken leg with no offer of assistance. They just stared at him as he went by. Not impressive.

Simply inattentive and uncaring. Homewood suites is my favorite brand and hotel layout but these folks did the minimum. Lousy check in experience. Got locked out of the building then the desk said they knew none of the exterior keycard readers worked but didn’t bother to tell anyone. Breakfast was not stocked with anything. Simply didn’t care
