This is an efficiency located in a big cottage with a private entrance. You have a private bedroom/living room, bathroom and kitchenette.

This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr. Philips center, Amway arena and Lake Eola. Publix is within walking distance. There is a stocked kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, (no stove). Hulu w showtime, Netflix and amazon prime.
The unit is private with separate entrance, bath and kitchen. Please note this is a studio. It is a small place to crash.
Please be courteous as the owner lives on premise. Signed rental agreement and ID will be required to book.

We love the location being within walking distance of Lake Eola, especially at Christmas time. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well stocked and the bed comfortable. Our favorite part is the front porch. A great place to have coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine at night!

We loved the location near Lake Eola. What a charming area in the middle of the city with bird watching, restaurants, parks. Very clean and comfortable.

Great spot with parking included. It was so close to downtown bars and restaurants. We were in town for a show and it was a perfect stay for the night. Bed was super comfortable too!

Why spend $500 for a downtown hotel when you can find these gems smack in the middle of everywhere? The location allowed us to Uber in and walk under 20 minutes to almost everything!

Definitely a gem in downtown Orlando

The property is very clean and cozy. The perfect size for a couple. I loved how everything was within walking distance. It is a perfect location for the Orlando Half Marathon. I recommend it and hope it is available next time that I need to go to Orlando.

It’s a small but fully equipped place. Easy parking and very quiet area. The AC is a little loud but thankfully the weather wasn’t too warm so I didn’t need it on. The landlord was responsive. Easy, flexible check-in and check-out. I asked for a late check out and the lord allowed it.

I loved the fact that this property was only one half block from beautiful Lake Eola and two blocks from a very large supermarket. Within walking distance is Lynx Central, a major bus station in Orlando with non stop service to Disney Springs. That is also a stop on Sunrail. It doesn’t get better. The property greets you with a stairs and a front door that have a worn look but don’t judge the unit by the entrance. Inside is a modern, clean and neat apartment, small in size but certainly adequate. The kitchen is fine for making simple meals. All in all, a good experience.

Its was a nice place, it was perfect for a one night stay. The only thing i would suggest for the property owner is to change the doorknobs for the front door and the bathroom for new ones. The current ones are a bit loose.

This was my second time staying here so I knew what to expect. The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance from downtown and Lake Eola. There is parking at the house which is a rarity in Orlando so that is a major perk. The house is old but kept in good condition. Definitely a nice place if you want to stay in DTO and don’t want to deal with the chaos of the more crowded areas of Orlando.

Wonderful location!! Only a 15 minute walk to Kia center. We even walked right down the block to see Lake Eola! Very cute and simple had a microwave and fridge nice shower and toilet. Bed was actually so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me!!! Great place to stay if you’re in town for a business meeting or concert like I was! Will be booking again!!!!!

Great stay. Short 15 min walk to the Kia Center (best at night due to the summer heat, felt safe as a single female, 5 min ride share drive otherwise). Pics as described. Appreciated the coffee amenity provided. Window AC plus the fan kept the space cool. Shower could have had warmer water, like warm showers are not my favorite. Bed was comfortable. Outlets need updating. Overall, enjoyable stay and would potentially stay again.

It is precisely as advertised, there was only a couple of minor issues, netflix didn't work bc the tv could've connect to the wifi, and the fridge constantly made an annoying noise (fixed by reducing its potency from max to mid). Other than that everything was great
