    We are the daughters of the original owners and as such, are committed to continuing our mother's legacy of providing the best possible vacation accommodations for our guests.

    Located in a small and well kept subdivision next to a beautiful park, this beautifully appointed Kissimmee Florida vacation home is the perfect place to relax with your family while you enjoy all of the attractions the area has to offer. This home is furnished to provide a comfortable and peaceful home away from home. Every effort has been made to offer guests a most enjoyable vacation.

    Our vacation home is just minutes from Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World, championship golf courses, shopping, and wonderful restaurants.


    This well furnished 3 bedroom house rental Kissimmee is suitable for up to five guests .Amenities include high quality living room furniture and mattresses. There are ceiling fans in the living room and all three bedrooms. In addition to the TV in the Living Room, there is a TV in the master bedroom..
    We are two sisters who strive to make sure our guests have the most pleasant experience possible in our homes.

    Our over-sized pool was custom built and has southwest exposure for maximum fun in the sun. Optional Pool heat is available for a nominal charge. The screened in lanai provides the perfect background for outdoor living and relaxing with a table, umbrella, four chairs and two lounge chairs.

    The kitchen comes fully equipped with refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware and features a table for four guests. Additional seating for six in the dining area of the living room.

    The sunlit primary bedroom overlooks the pool. A large walk-in closet, en suite bath with soaking garden tub and dressing area make this room a special retreat. A plush queen mattress, full dresser, and two nightstands provide plenty of storage.

    Bedroom three is furnished with two comfortable twin beds, two nightstands.

    For families traveling with young children, there is crib with linens, stroller, and high chair.

    The pool was custom built and is considerably larger than standard size pools. Add to that the southwest exposure and it is an ideal place to relax and unwind. Our fantastic swimming pool can be heated for a nominal charge. The screen enclosed lanai provides the perfect background for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The screened lanai and pool area provides privacy and freedom from insects. This relaxing area is equipped with chaise lounges, umbrella table and chairs for relaxation.

    Pool Heat option at $25 per day.

    In addition to your private pool, there is also a community pool and cabana for your use as well..

    This is a self-catering home. A starter supply of paper products and soap is provided. Guests will purchase additional items for their use during their stay.

Wonderful stay

The home was clean and lovely! We brought our twin 1 year olds for their birthday. The pool was relaxing and disney was only 15-20 min drive each day. We hope to be able to stay here again next year

Relaxing week!

We very much enjoyed this house for the week we were in Orlando. It was a home away from home, and we loved that everyone had their own space. We all enjoyed the pool to beat the Florida heat!

This was the perfect vacation home. The large pool was amazing, the house was very clean and it had everything we needed. Patricia was incredibly responsive and was easy to communicate with. The location was easy to get to Disney and shopping. We would definitely return.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The layout of the home and the pool was better than expected! It had everything we needed. I needed help with the TV and the host responded so quickly. I greatly appreciated her care for us. It was nice to be so close to Disney and other attractions in the area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Beautiful House

Home was clean, well kept and comfortable! Within short driving distance of attractions, yet away from the chaos. Pool was warm and enjoyable. All amenities were covered. I was in the area for a conference at the OCCC and it was a short commute. Property owner is very responsive and easily reachable.

Home away from home

We were very pleased with our resent stay. We picked this property because of the wonderful reviews and the reviews are correct. The house was even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Our 2 children (ages 15 and 12) especially LOVED the pool šŸ˜ƒ. Not sure if it was the time of year, but it was a very quiet neighborhood, which we also loved! Patricia was fantastic and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It was a wonderful week!

Perfect family getaway home.

The pictures are very accurate and show exactly what you will find. We loved the flooring. Easy location for us since we are very familiar with 192. Having Krispy Kreme just about a mile away was a highlight for my father. We found the home very comfortable and well maintained. Everything was in working order. Great communication and very detailed information was provided. We were well prepared to kick back and relax. Thank you for a great week.

Perfect little spot!

This is a great house in a very convenient location! It has everything you need. The pool is perfect to sit back and relax. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to everything! My daughter and I stayed with another mom/daughter pair from her dance team when we came for Nationals. The closet space is unbeatable!! I could have hung 50 costumes in the master bedroom closet. The house could use a good dusting but aside from that itā€™s fantastic! The mattresses are on the softer side, so if you prefer a firm mattress you may not be as comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Orlando holiday rental

Great place. Easy parking on big drive in quiet road. Pretty much 20 minutes from all major attractions. House is modern with pretty much everything you could want. You will be perfectly happy renting this villa. I only mention 3 points which are all fairly minor to be fair: - bed mattresses are super soft. A bit too much for me personally. - for a villa that can accommodate up to 5 there are only 2 sunbeds - pre-arrival the rules list felt a little over bearing. It was a bit more 'do this, don't do this', rather than ' we hope you have a lovely holiday'. Again, all minor points and would still highly recommend.

Incredible!

My family and I travelled to Florida for my daughters dance Nationals at Disney Springs. We rented this house instead of staying at the hotel where the competition was and we are so happy that we did! This house is beautiful!! The pictures look great, but itā€™s even nicer in person. Itā€™s quite spacious, the master bedroom is huge with a large walk in closet that Iā€™m jealous of. The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed for our stay. I think the best part was of course, the pool. We opted to not have it heated since it was July and very hot outside. The water was perfect and we spent hours with the kids out there. The location of the house is perfect with anything you could need very close by. Publix, Walmart, restaurants, shopping, all a very short drive away. I would say the only frustrating thing which has nothing to do with the house, would be the VERY long street lights. A 10 minute drive would take 30 because of traffic and the long lights. So just give yourself extra time if you need to be somewhere. Overall, I would very highly recommend this house to anyone and we will most definitely rent again if we are ever back in this area.

Christmas Vacation

We arrived just before Christmas and were so excited to find a brand-new washing machine had been delivered and set up right in time for our stay. It honestly felt like a little Christmas miracle to have that sorted out so quickly! We really appreciated the regular updates and were grateful that everything was ready for us.I have to admit, Iā€™m a bit of a clean freak, so I did notice a few spots that might need a little extra TLC, like some dust on the baseboards and vents. We also found some old food in the oven. That said, the kitchen had a lovely fresh smell when we arrived, which was a wonderful and welcoming touch! While those minor details caught my attention, they definitely didnā€™t dampen our overall enjoyment. Iā€™m just sharing this feedback to lend a hand with the cleaning!The house was in a fantastic locationā€”super close to WDW, restaurants, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We found the beds to be incredibly comfy, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It was great to see all the thoughtful little touches, like laundry baskets in the bedrooms, handy coolers, pool toys, beach chairs, sand toys, and even a crockpot! The pool was such a delightā€”even in December! It was amusing to hear that some guests have trouble with the blinds; itā€™s such a straightforward operation! We had a good laugh every time we opened them.Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic time!
