Wonderful hotel for a family of 6! Plenty of space close to parks ect will be booking again staff were awesome friendly and fast don’t read the reviews you see on here they have since changed everything the floors were not dirty everything was clean only bad thing is the flooring wish it was carpet but that’s it if you have younger kids I’d suggest a pack n play for bed time my son fell off the bed and was left with a bruise from the hard flooring but won’t stop us from coming back ! Already booked for my next trip

The stay was good. We had to ask to have the room cleaned but the front desk stated that it was due to COVID-19 customers must ask to have it cleaned and staff is not allowed to just enter and clean. It would have been nice to have been provided this information at check-in....same thoughts about breakfast. But it was clean, large, no funny smells. Everything worked well...tubs did not clog, nice tiles in shower and taps. Love having no carpet! Overall good...I would return.

Amazing people, hotel in shambles

People are amazing but the hotel is literally falling apart. The pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. AC didn't work.

Have stayed in many hotels..this suite was spectacular. Super clean, attractive decor, very very roomy. Kitchen was fully supplied with nice stainless steel appliances, and the ceiling and lamp lighting's throughout was awesome. Most hotels I've stayed have insufficient or horrible lighting. Bathroom fixtures and decor looked kool! Bedroom beds were tall AND PILLOWS were PERFECT. I'm sorry I sound like I own this place but believe me I was super impressed. And so was my 13 year old daughter and Mom!! Thanks Hawthorn Wyndham!!

I wish I could’ve gotten their names, by the night shift maintenance man and the check in clerk were amazing. When we first got there, our room had a couple of minor issues with it. Both of them went completely out of their way to get us moved and accommodated. The rooms are super spacious with a full refrigerator, stove and microwave. Super close to all the restaurants, shopping and Disney, but secluded enough for no noise. Glad I found them, will stay again.

Disappointed

The pictures made this place seem wonderful. However do not be fooled. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we regret it. One of the light fixtures in the kitchen was hanging out of the ceiling. The floors were so dirty that all our socks were black in minutes. They only provide you 2 towels regardless of how many people are in your reservation. We had 4 people for 3 nights, 2 towels was not enough. They do not give you towels for the kitchen. We booked a nonsmoking room and the bathroom smelled horrible of cigarette smoke. It made my family sick. The plates and utensils were dirty with stuck on food. There were no extra blankets for the pull put couch. The TV service was horrible. The channels were very fuzzy and if we were lucky to get a clear channel in the living room it didnt work in the bedroom. I asked to get extra towels and never received them.

You get a lot for your money here because the suite is like a little apartment and they are newly renovated. Unfortunately the one we got had bed bugs! The pool was too dirty for me to swim in also. It looked like it had a circulation problem.

Good but could’ve been cleaner

It was great a great stay and everything was as it said except I had to buy a broom, mop and Clorox because it wasn’t as clean as a hotel should be! Also they were working on the room next to me and they kept hammering and being noisy so I couldn’t rest on Sunday as I would’ve wanted too!

It was a nice room with plenty of space. Nice foyer. They have breakfast but I didn’t check it out. They had a water break that was fixed relatively quickly. A bunch of kids broke into the pool at 4 am and when i called to inquire no one answered. I did see cops rounding them up around 6 am so someone must’ve reported it. Generally though it was good place for the money.

This is our go to hotel. It has amazing accommodations and is close to everything we plan on doing and it is set away from the craziness of Orlando so it’s usually quiet. However, THIS time there were some incredibly rude visitors. Running up and down the hallways and yelling late into the night. Not happy to be woke up in the middle of the night by such rudeness.

Looks 4 star, but actually wouldnt stay here again

Photos make this place look great, but service and cleanliness needs improvement. When we arrived to the room it had a stale stinch and within minutes we realized our feet were black with dirt due to flooring instead of carpeting. Had to keep shoes on while in room. Floors were not clean at all. Our room also had a pull out sofa however they would not bring the extra sheets or comforter to us, made me walk to the front office to pick up them up.

Hotel stay was beautiful the room was nice and spacious. My only thing is i really don't like outside hotels. No hot breakfast😢 and that's understandable. Wonderful staff. Stay safe and Godspeed

Disappointment

Upon arrival check in was good. I was welcomed by the lady at the service desk. The room had a musty smell. The room did jot appear to be as clean as it could have with COVID-19 being such a big issue. There were no paper towels, dish soap, no hand soap in the bathroom and there was only 2 towels in the room. The kitchen had 2 forks and 3 spoons. There was food left in the cabinet form the previous guest. It was about 6 when we arrived and I made sure to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the room before my family and I used anything. The beds were clean and pretty comfortable. Oh there was no wifi the entire visit. I have to use my hotspot for internet for the weekend. It wasn’t a horrible stay just very disappointing. Maybe you if this can be fixed we may return because we did like being close to everything.

This hotel is a GEM!!! Just about 10 minutes from Disney. The room is big! We are a family of 7 and didn't have any issues with space. It was super extra clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Having a washer, dryer and a big refrigerator is everything! The on-the-go breakfast was very handy before we headed to the parks. I will totally recommend this hotel and will totally stay again!

Good room amenities and value but mediocre area.

We stayed for 8 days to go to Disney after it reopened and crowds were small. The hotel was running a special, so we got a really good rate.The area around 3 sides of the hotel were under construction, so it was messy looking and not real inviting. The hotel itself was in so-so condition. Parts were newly renovated, parts were still needing attention. In the room, it had a full kitchen with newer stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, all were very nice. And, it was stocked with a set of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, utensils,etc. It also had a washer and dryer, which was a huge amenity to have in the room.Our room had 2 queen beds and a separate sitting room. Basically, it was like a small apartment. Some of the furnishings were worn and needed to be updated. The beds were very comfortable. Our biggest issue was that it was supposed to be free WiFi, but they had a just upgraded their system and our particular room was outside the range of the routers. All rooms with WiFi at the time (less than half the property) were all booked. The next day they offered to allow us to change rooms, but by then we had unloaded everything from our car and 24 hour journey halfway across the country and stocked the fridge. Too much hassle to change rooms.Another issue was the type of clientele that were staying there at the time..smokers, weed, loud in the pool area at night, large groups of inconsiderate 20 somethings and some sketchy looking people. Don't know if it's always like that.
