Beautiful place and a very restful week

We had an amazing time and the home was beautiful and plenty big enough for our family! We stayed from Sunday to Friday and the home met all our needs! I loved that there were 4 bathrooms, that was super convenient! Communication with host was great!

The townhouse was beautiful and very convenient to the theme parks and also the community pool area. Perfect size for a family of 10+ I wish the unit was a little more kid friendly with, pool toys, games, additional towels. We would return to this property.

Cozy home

There were 9 of us total and plenty of room. Loved the upstairs so the teens had a separate area too. Pool in the back was cute, but would definitely choose to heat it next time. And won’t hold a lot of grown ups. The pool and lazy river were nice and kids loved the slides. The putt putt is a separate cost which we didn’t know just assumed was included in it since it was all there in one place. House was clean and beds were comfy. Would stay again. I loved that it was pet friendly. My dogs loved it.

Please Beware before Booking

If you are looking to book this property DON'T!!! I was so excited to be staying in Florida with my family for vacation and this place looked perfect online. Not to mention you COULD NOT beat the price for the space. However, the house was NOT as clean as you would think with on our day of arrival. There were stains on some of the bedding and dust everywhere. Despite it all, due to the great location and price, we decided to still give it try and enjoy our family vacation BUT after ONE night we quickly realized it was not great! The next day, while at Sea World, my son started to complain of itching on his side and back. We initially believed he had been bitten by misquotes. However he was the only one in our group had these red bumps. Upon returning to the house and throughly checking the room he had slept in, we found bed bugs! We were very upset as I am sure you can imagine. He was sleeping in one of the master bedrooms. Once we realized, we quickly checked out and contacted the property management company which is managed by Scandi. After their investor coming out to confirm bedbugs, Scandi only agreed to refund my money for the days we did not stay in the home. I never received any apologies for what my son, myself and the rest of my family just had to deal with, nor a full refund for us having to book another hotel on short notice at the very start of our vacation. I would think a large company would refund ALL of the days, especially given the circumstance.

The pool was a hit with the kids. Everything was very clean. Trash pick up was not great. We had a toilet clog on a Saturday and they couldn't fix it until Monday when we were leaving. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful, clean and big enough for 10 people. The pool at the home was small but the community pool was great to use. There were two bedrooms painted with a Disney theme.The location was great and close enough to all the Disney Parks.

Quiet community, really close to Disney World parks (10-15 minute drive to the parking lots) and convenient for Universal parks as well (20-30 minute drive). House is clean and has lots of beds. Pool is small but nice and clean. Resort pool is not as conveniently located so we only used it once. Couple of grocery stores nearby as well. We had a great time.
