If you are looking to book this property DON'T!!!
I was so excited to be staying in Florida with my family for vacation and this place looked perfect online. Not to mention you COULD NOT beat the price for the space. However, the house was NOT as clean as you would think with on our day of arrival. There were stains on some of the bedding and dust everywhere. Despite it all, due to the great location and price, we decided to still give it try and enjoy our family vacation BUT after ONE night we quickly realized it was not great! The next day, while at Sea World, my son started to complain of itching on his side and back. We initially believed he had been bitten by misquotes. However he was the only one in our group had these red bumps. Upon returning to the house and throughly checking the room he had slept in, we found bed bugs! We were very upset as I am sure you can imagine. He was sleeping in one of the master bedrooms. Once we realized, we quickly checked out and contacted the property management company which is managed by Scandi. After their investor coming out to confirm bedbugs, Scandi only agreed to refund my money for the days we did not stay in the home. I never received any apologies for what my son, myself and the rest of my family just had to deal with, nor a full refund for us having to book another hotel on short notice at the very start of our vacation. I would think a large company would refund ALL of the days, especially given the circumstance.
