This townhouse provides spacious and comfortable accommodation over two floors and comes well equipped for up to 8 persons. Includes a master queen suite, queen room and double bunk room suitable for our younger guests and used at guests own risk. This townhouse provides a large, comfortable family room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Private parking is located to the front. The property is conveniently located near all major Orlando attractions with excellent shopping and dining facilities on hand nearby. There is a washer and dryer available and free WiFi is provided. The resort style amenities include a community swimming pool and spa, Tiki bar serving refreshments and snacks, sales of sundry items, concierge service for info and reservations, sauna, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball, 5 a side court, meeting room with tv, children's play areas, workout room, video games room, nature walk, nearby golf courses, and internet cafe all on a peaceful guard gated community. There is a $20 one-time resort fee per vehicle (payable at Emerald Island reception -HOA terms apply). Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.
