  • This is a Peaceful and tranquil beautiful Condo Penthouse, centrally located and spacious 3BR/2BA condo tucked away just few minutes drive to Disney theme parks. The Villas at Laguna Bay boasts a lot of amenities which include a sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, playground, tennis court and picnic areas.

    This condo has an open floor plan with large windows in the living room which provide ample natural light. Lots of counter and cabinet space with a closet pantry and breakfast bar. A Larger Master bedroom with oversized shower, walk in closet and ceiling fan for your comfort. All appliances included. Washer and dryer inside this condo.

    This vacation rental is located on the second floor with stairs. The property has been professionally staged and decorated with high quality mattresses and Roku Tv's on each bedroom, as well as Fully Equipped Kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, you just need to bring your clothes for a fabulous vacation.

    You'll enjoy the convenient location of this residence just under 20 minutes from Disney World, close to Universal theme parks, Orlando's famous shopping, excellent golf courses and incredible restaurants.

    Pets are welcome on request with additional pet fee of $120.

Everything was great. It looked like the floor had received some damage from previous tenants/ guests. This always worries me if it hasn't been noted in the rental - because I want to be sure the host knows it was not done by my party. This was the only glitch in our stay...everything else was perfect, easy and the hosts were great to deal with.

This condo was really lovely. Laguna Bay is safe and quiet. It is owned by a vacation company and not a private owner. We dealt with Alexis and Thomas who were very good at replying quickly to any questions. I did have to ask for check in info but it was sent right away.We had a couple of minor nuisance issues: the remote for the TV did not work (sent an email and Thomas had one delivered the next morning), we had an issue with wasps at the door (got some spray and zapped them), and the towel bar in the guest bathroom was not properly anchored to the wall (repairs had been attempted and we just didn't use it).The condo is as described and is very modern, bright and has cheerful decor. The beds are memory foam not coil. The kitchen is one of the best stocked for a rental I've ever seen. The condo was pretty clean except for the floors. We had our pugs with us so I travel with my steam mop and gave the floors a once over and we were set.To our delight, there was a little patio area with a small table and 2 chairs and we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the March and April mild weather.Overall, this was a great place to stay, we were able to travel with our dogs and enjoy 5 wonderful weeks. We would definitely rent this unit again. It is on the first floor which was great with our older dogs - no stairs for them or us.
