This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom town-home with private splash pool is in the brand new Solterra Resort, just a short 20 minutes drive to Walt Disney World.

THE SPACE
This stunning townhome features a gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, granite counter-tops, sterling steel appliances, dining area with a table that sits 6 and a cozy living room with a big flat screen TV.

On the 1st floor, there is master suite with a King size bed and a 2nd, cozy bedroom with a Queen size bed. There are also 2 themed bedrooms (one perfect for football fans!) offering a bunk bed (1 full and two twin beds) and the other appointed with a Queen size bed and Disney theme!

Refresh yourself in your own private splash pool or enjoy the spacious outside private area. Free Wi-Fi and fully equipped laundry are also available in the property.

**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**
