The pictures are not really current for this property. Furniture is old and looks like it has never been cleaned. Very worn carpets although floors, cupboards, bathrooms and beds were clean. Missing a lounger in the pool area and not enough outdoor seating for 6 guests. They should have some foldable lawn chairs in the garage storage area. Space was certainly good in the unit though. We had an extremely noisy neighbour for a couple of days and when we called to complain, they sent someone out who basically stayed outside listening and did nothing about it.

Great location and very spacious!
We loved how spacious the place was! We also loved the amazing location right across the street from pool and playground. Lots of restaurants close by and easy access to Disney. We have already said we will look to stay here again on future trips!

Quiet neighborhood
Roomy house with all of the amenities. Pool was perfect. Did not get a chance to use clubhouse but looked very nice. Neighborhood was very quiet but close to stores and shops. Would definitely recommend. Parking was a little tight if you have multiple vehicles but fine for us as we had just 1.

The property at first glance looks nice…. But little things just keep popping up. 1. Pool took 48 hrs to heat and then was not consistent, last several days making horrible noises…. Reported to property manager they said they had someone check it and all was fine. Also much debris around pool deck, garden hose to fill pool left out uncoiled our whole stay(2wks). Outdoor furnitures in sad shape…. One broke first few days management had me take picture so they could replace, never replaced. 2. Most surfaces very sticky, stair railing, counters, bathrooms. 3. Bathroom not the cleanliest, bugs in most ceiling lights. Dust very thick on vents. 4. All of us had our allergies acting up…. Taking sheets off beds when we left found most pillows with mold on them under protectors and pillowcases. List just goes on…. I have pictures if needed.

Great except...
Overall, the house was clean and well kept. My kids loved having their own rooms. My only complaint is that it was sparse in home comforts. There was only one trash bag, which was the one in thebtrash can when we got there. One half roll of paper towel and no laundry pods. There was a note with our check in that those would have to be provided by us. I have stayed in a few vrbo's now and there are usually enough trash bags for the stay and thise small extras like paper towel. I would have preferred not to have to make an extra store run to supply the vrbo with the small things that make staying at a house more comfortable. Otherwise, we enjoyed the experience.

Great house
We didn’t spend much time at the house but it was clean and had great space. The community pool was great. We really enjoyed the lazy river. We will definitely look to rent this again our next time in Orlando.

Excellent vacation home
From the time I made the reservation through when I checked in, the process was seamless. The house is great and fit us well. I had my daughter, son-in-law, and their 3 children. I felt there was plenty of space. I would recommend renting this house.

Great home base for Disney/ Universal trip
The place was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the pool out back and the water park area is great . It’s easy and quick to get to Disney and Universal. We would definitely stay again!

Great house and location, not so great communication
Overall the property was great! Was about a 20 minute drive to Disney. Kids loved having the pool and plenty of space to spread out! Downsides: AC wasn’t working when we got there so it was hot! Called and they were able to get someone to come out that evening. Took awhile for the house to finally cool down though. Fast forward a couple days later. We came back for a midday break and found people in the house replacing the ac. We didn’t get any notification at all that this would be happening. We had to wait outside for an hour while they finished and then had to wait for the rest of the day for the house to cool down. Not what we wanted when we spent the day at the parks and wanted to cool down. Also, came home another day for a swim break to find the pool was being maintained and we weren’t able to use it at the moment. Wouldn’t have been a problem if we had a heads up. Overall the communication could have been better.

Suited our needs perfectly. Took about 20-25 minutes to get to each Disney park which was a little further than we expected, but it worked out!! House was very clean and accommodating, and the kids loved the pool at night!!

Convenient to all attractions, very safe neighborhood only down fall was the pool turns on automatically after a certain temperature outside which it never did turn on , and their is a fee to turn it on so make sure that you plan ahead if you want the private pool warmed for your trip also I contacted the property manager and I didn’t get a call back , community pool was great for the kids and heated !! overall great home

Great place to stay!!
We had a wonderful experience renting this property!! There were 7 of us, my husband and I, our 4 kids and my mom. This property accommodated us all very well! We loved the layout, the pool and the community pool area! We were there to visit Disney and all the parks were within 20 minutes of this property. Everything was very clean, and amy questions I had were answered promptly. I would definitely tent this property again and recommend staying!

Great visit! Pro’s - good price - porch pool - big enough living space - community pool lazy River is great Con’s - simple things like garbage sacks and laundry detergent and toilet paper (one roll per bathroom) just be prepared and bring things you will need after one or two days. - place could use a deep clean. Walls and doors and rugs/carpet… definitely gets used. (That being said I didn’t feel dirty staying there, just could use a deep clean) Neutrals - community pool is fine but getting old - location is south of everything we did… 10-45 min from just about everything we were there for - simple things like salt/pepper or cooking spray and stuff like that would have been nice All in all I give it a positive 4.5 review! Just need to hit up a Walmart if staying longer than a couple nights

Wonderful experience

A Home away from Home
This is a nice property, the parking was crowded with vehicles but being able to park at the entrance of the home was easy and comfortable. The home is nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool has a children’s water play area that is perfect for family. There were a lot of children. I would recommend this place to my friends and will stay again possibly in the future.

Great stay
This Vrbo was super perfect for a family. Plenty of space. Lots of activities to do if you have time in the location. Some small issues inside like working the controllers/ cable and other simple things but otherwise great. I noticed a lot of people here commented on not having any toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags but all of that information was already listed in the listing. We came prepared for all of that and it made this stay very easy and we would 100% stay here again.

Hot summer vacation
Everything was neat,clean and pool was refreshingly cool. Only complaints is the master bedroom mattress is long overdue in need of replacing,and some homes have multiple vehicles, so a few times other guests thought it was OK to park in our space. .. overall it's worth the trip!

1st Family Vacation since CoVid
My family and I visited for my daughter’s 6th birthday. We chose the property because of the location to Disney, modern appeal of the home and community amenities. The property management team was very prompt in response and have a very efficient completely virtual check in process. The rental was in decent shape, however there were many items in the home which were worn and aged the property - including living room area rug, vertical blinds and many scrapes/scuffs on walls and staining in upholstered furniture (loft sleeper). The ice maker did not work and the alarm system beeped constantly. Management should consider changing the PW between reservations. The amenities were very nice and our overall experience was good.

Great Site, but loud neigborhood.
The actual house was great, and the amenities in the community are also excellent. However, there was loud activity around the neighborhood until late into the night. Also, the house was not provided properly with basic supplies. We stayed here four nights and we were only supplied with two trash bags and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

Disney vacation
We stayed here while going to Disney for 2 days. The condo is nice but could use some deep cleaning. The mattresses are ok but the king is the upstairs master room is horrible. It is so old you sink down into it and can hear the springs and feel them when you roll over. Luckily we had our choice of bedrooms and tried one twin mattress which was comfortable but moved to downstairs room and it was better but definitely not the best. The grandkids came and visited and enjoyed the pool at the villa which was a plus. Could hear neighbors on both sides partying through most of night but that could happen anywhere.

Theme Park Vaction
House was clean and well accommodating for our 5 adults. Plenty of room, good strong WiFi and comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, and cooking hardware (pots and pans) however the basics were not furnished like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, spray cleanser, paper towels (1 roll provided), and 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. So be prepared when you go to the store to purchase extras and take home or toss. It is only a few miles to Disney World, but it will take 15 min to get the uber and a half hour to get there, and Uber XLs (5 people) were not always available. We did have a garage, we did not use, but beware someone was always parked in front of all the garage and back entrance every night so you would have had to call a tow truck to get your car in or out of the garage. Again, great place to stay and comfortable.

Perfect for big family!
We loved staying at 2018 Majorca! Everything from booking to check-in was seamless and any questions/concerns we had were promptly addressed. The condo itself is VERY spacious. My MIL had a large bedroom/bathroom on the main floor while my 3 sons split the 2 bedrooms upstairs. My husband and I had a very large master bedroom/bath. We noticed lots of extras like a charcoal grill, pack and play, strollers, car seat, and even a misting fan for the Disney parks! It truly was like staying at a friends place. The condo is very cute and clean but could use a little detailed deep cleaning on baseboards, walls, bathroom fans, but then again I’m a clean freak so I may be the only one who notices that kind of stuff. :) The resort has a beautiful pool with lazy river and my kids enjoyed playing on the basketball and soccer fields during our stay. The condo was 15-20 mins from Disney and we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay in Disney !
The house was beautiful and clean. Plenty of places to sleep. Nice gated neighborhood. It was about a 25 minute drive each day to the park, but money saved staying in this home was well worth the drive. Definitely would recommend this to others. We couldn’t find any dish washing liquid or extra garbage bags, but that’s the only complaint. Wonderful time in Disney ! Thank you !

Great, clean home

House was great! Clean, enough space, and great amenities!
The house was wonderful, very spacious, well-kept, and the amenities on site are great. Great pool for adults and kids, free arcade, fitness center, all were wonderful. The only feedback I would have is to put a few more basic necessities in the home i.e. a whisk, a pizza cutter, more than one skillet, etc. Otherwise everything was fabulous.

The resort itself was amazing. Our home was beautiful. I would definitely stay again. My kids had the best time. Close to everything for shops and grocery stores. 15 min drive to Disney World. The only small problem was that the resort bar doesn’t tell you gratuity was added to your bill even if you purchase 1 drink. Thinking that the taxes were just high and we tipped on top of it. It would’ve been nice to know. If there was a fine line we missed it and then of course our bad. Just pay attention. Otherwise that is the only small thing. I highly recommend this place!!

Nice Property
My family and I stayed at the house for a week. The trip started a bit rocky with some maintenance issues but they were resolved within a day and a half. Once this was taken care of the rest of our trip was uneventful. The community pool is great. It feels very resort like, even the $15 margaritas :)

Nice house close to Disney
Enjoyed a comfortable stay in a well thought out vacation home. Convenient to Disney and near to Universal.
