    Fully equipped kitchen built-in microwave, ninja foodi grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and breakfast bar.
    Sliding glass door opens up to paver flooring patio featuring the SPA TUB and the lovely view of the lake.
    The first level features the half bathroom and laundry room. Going upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two additional bedrooms which share a second bathroom.
    The community features 24 HR man gated security, private clubhouse, community pool, tiki bar, miniature golf, playground, basketball, tennis courts, game room, and fitness center.
    Property is minutes from area attractions shopping, golf, supermarkets, restaurants and everything Orlando / Kissimmee has to offer.

    The townhome also comes with a playstation gaming system, a paved patio and spa tub.
