Great little house!

Very clean and comfortable home. The decor is very cozy and inviting. Loved the attention to detail from housekeeping making cute bows all over the place. Checking in was easy and smooth. Plenty of private parking. Great amenities within the house as well.

Hospitality to the max!

5 stars all the way! Chris was an unbelievable host and went the extra mile with everything. I’m not gonna lie, when I learned that the host actually lives in the garage behind the house, I was a little weirded out about it. But Chris was so open to my level of interaction with me, that I felt totally comfortable with it all. So much so that I now want to seek out other formats for future trips in other locations! Chris’s attentiveness to our stay was remarkable. A class act of a host and the care of his clients is his main priority. The neighborhood the house is located is perfect for that nice stroll to take in the Florida lifestyle. Or a short walk to some local night life. Plenty of room to stretch out inside and out. The BBQ with the outdoor loungers were just what we needed for our stay. Free coffee for our entire stay and a bottle of wine to greet us when we arrived. C’mon people, what else do you need?!?! The proximity to everything we needed for our events downtown and travel from the airport was just right. We visited Daytona, Cocoa and Disney World for our stay. None were an obnoxious distance from this property. Thank you Chris for the efforts you give your guests and WHEN (not if) we are back in Orlando we will check you out again.
