The Space:

Sunlight pours across the 3,533 sq ft of open living space, inviting you to unwind in a home designed for families and friends. Every corner of this Solara Resort retreat whispers comfort, from the gleaming kitchen to the sparkling heated pool just outside.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven spacious bedrooms provide a restful haven for every guest. Bedroom 1, 2, and 3 each feature a King Bed with an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy after a day of adventure. Bedrooms 4 and 5 also hold King Beds, perfect for couples or solo travelers. Bedrooms 6 and 7 are equipped with two Twin Beds each and share a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom, ideal for children or friends traveling together.



Living spaces

Two inviting living areas give you plenty of room to gather. The main family room centers on a flat‑screen TV and plush couches, creating a cozy spot for movie nights or casual conversation. A second lounge area offers additional seating and a relaxed atmosphere for quieter moments.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio and discover a heated pool and hot tub framed by lush landscaping. The outdoor oasis is perfect for a morning dip, an evening soak under the stars, or simply lounging with a snack while the Florida breeze drifts by.



Kitchen & dining

The large full kitchen is stocked with stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware needed to prepare a hearty breakfast before heading out to Orlando’s attractions. Two indoor dining areas provide flexible settings for family meals or casual brunches.



Entertainment

A dedicated game room invites friendly competition, while a separate movie theater room offers a cinematic experience for the whole group. Free washer and dryer are available for convenient laundry during longer stays.



Neighborhood

Located on a corner lot in Phase 1 of Solara Resort, the home sits just steps from the resort’s spectacular clubhouse and the gated community’s amenities. A short drive brings you to the enchantment of Disney, while the quiet, family‑friendly setting ensures a peaceful retreat after a day of excitement.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in the driveway but you can park in the parking lot adjacent to the property.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a front door bell camera and another camera pointing to the driveway.
