Large Living Room with , large flat panel HDTV home theatre. Separate gorgeous Dining Room that comfortably seats 6. Gourmet granite kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Huge Master bedroom suite with lovely King size bed. The large master bathroom is beautifully decorated complete with Roman tub. The two Queen bedrooms and the twin bedroom are decidedly comfortable and most impressive.The second and third bathrooms are well-designed down to the last detail. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with flat panel TVs and pillow top mattresses. Kitchen had everything for cooking and cleaning. Comfy couches and beds. Only "difficulty" was getting the pool heating system to work. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great place!

We really loved it here and had a great time at the clubhouse. The first floor bedroom worked perfect for my elderly mother. The owner was very responsive and check in was so easy and the gate attendant was so nice to us. It was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back next year.

Boys (4&7) had a great time here! The resort offers a lot for young kids and they can’t wait to come back. House was very clean and had everything you need. Host was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation home

When arriving at the Townhouse all was well prepared. The AC was switched on and the pool was great to cool off. Communication was really good and we had a fantastic time. We made some great memories.

Comfortable and spacious

A very comfortable, spacious home in which we were all very comfortable. Enclosed swimming pool was a nice touch. Host Jeyme was very accessible. Being in a gated community made us feel secure and safe.

Very comfortable and convenient for our trip to Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Spacious and well appointed. Lower suite and bathroom need a little attention. Toilet needed some repair. Could use room darkening curtains/shades due to street lamp outside. Extra blanket and pillows as well. Overall a very nice property.

Disney trip

The house, neighborhood, and location was great overall. The downsides I would say were that we weren’t given the check in instructions and had to ask for them. The host did not put our name on the list to enter the property so we had to contact him and wait for him to do that. Other than that, everything was great!

Family Disney Vacation

The property was just as it is in the pictures. From the pictures on the walls to the dishes on the table. The property was clean and I felt secure and safe staying there. The property has 24/7 security. My Family had loads of fun in the club house. When the community pool was closed due to weather the pool at this location was a good alternative. One suggestion is that the pillows in the bedrooms were a bit flat for my liking. So I purchase 2 from the local Walmart. Walmart, target, Publix, and other shops and food was only a 5-10 minute drive. I also liked the proximity to the Disney parks as well!!

Not Too Stunning!

Close to Disney as well as hundreds of others. Uncomfortable living room layout. Unit pool looks dirty on bottom. Clubhouse pool was great! Beds comfy. Refrigerator annoyingly doesn't close. Screws coming through the barstools. Careful! MB shower curtain ridiculously long. No filtered water in fridge and ice tastes nasty! Did I mention not too stunning?

Nice townhouse

It you're looking for a quiet area within a reasonable distance to the parks this is it. The house was spacious for our family of six adults and three children. We were sadly unable to use the pool due to the climate at the time of our stay but would gladly return in the future during a warmer season. The house was clean, contained enough utensils for cooking a family dinner and a full size washer and dryer. The security staff was very helpful and polite. They were able to provide assistance for overflow parking on one occasion during our stay. The grounds were well groomed and maintained. The only negative was the lack of ample towels/washcloths for the entire group. A total of six towels for a party of 9 😔. FYI, the coffee maker is a drip style, not for K cups. Be prepared to bring your own blankets as only a sheet and thin coverlet was on each bed.

It was okay.

The home had a lot of things that we didn't need because we didn't have very young children. I am sure it would be great for people with toddlers. There was a pack and play available among other items. The house fell short in other area. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms. Only wash cloths and bath towels. There were no pool towels. There were no steak knives, scissors, pot holders, kitchen towels or soup size spoons. There were tiny spoons and a couple of regular size spoons. The living area was dark unless you opened the blinds. There is no coffee or end tables. The blinds in the sliding door are very difficult to open and not in good working order. Did the house meet our needs, yes but it needs a lot of work.

The house is very large and modern. It seems new. Little private pool must be nice in aummer, cold now. The only thing was the a/c unit had difficulty fully cooling the house. Will be letting the host know. We were overall very happy.
