The only problem the property had was the AC. It was horrible, we got to the property close to 5pm, the first level temperature was ok, but second level was on 77º but feeling hotter. We lower the temperature to 73, 3 hrs later it was on 79. Decided to call the agency in charge, they sent a very nice person but he couldn't understand us and was communicating by the phone translator, he used the temperature gun which kept on saying the temp was 65 while were sweating at the end he pack his stuff, said sorry and left. I called the agency back, but they just acknowledged the problem and told me they will call us back, which it never happened. We ended up alternating the ac unit to high temperature downstairs and low upstairs and vice versa. It was not a good two nights. Only one unit for 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms and else is very inconvenient for a summer in Florida.
