The Space:

Welcome to your home base for Orlando adventures! This two-story townhome in the gated Compass Bay community is thoughtfully set up for families, couples, and guests who appreciate extra space to settle in.

The home accommodates up to 6 guests across two upstairs bedrooms and a downstairs twin daybed:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed and private ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: Full-over-twin bunk bed and private ensuite bathroom.

• First floor: Twin daybed for one guest, plus a convenient half bathroom.



Relax in the living room with a Smart TV, or enjoy another Smart TV in the primary bedroom. A dedicated desk and Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected between outings. A Pack & Play and high chair are available for traveling families.

Step outside to your private patio with seating for two and a propane BBQ grill. Grill use is optional and subject to a rental and cleaning fee.

Enjoy seamless, contactless self-check-in with a personalized smart-lock access code provided before arrival.

The entire townhome is yours to enjoy, including both private bedroom suites, the living areas, dedicated workspace, and private patio with seating for two.

Guests also have access to Compass Bay's heated community pool, playgrounds, picnic areas, and walking trails, subject to posted community rules.

Two designated parking spaces are included, with additional community/street parking available only in designated areas.

The propane BBQ grill is available for optional guest use; a rental and cleaning fee applies.
