🏊 Private Pool Heating

Private pool heating is not included with your stay. It is available for an additional fee of $60 per day and must be reserved for every night of your stay. Pool heating must be requested at least two days in advance.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the water to heat. The heater operates through heat exchange and will not work during cold weather. If you request pool heating during cold conditions and the water does not reach your desired temperature, a refund cannot be provided.

🔥 BBQ Grill

The BBQ grill is available for $100 per stay. Please request it at least 48 hours before your arrival.

🗑️ Trash Removal

Trash removal service is available seven days a week.

Please place the trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily. Do not place trash at the curb.
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be placed in tied 13-gallon kitchen bags.
Each bag must weigh no more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not permitted.
Loose trash will not be collected.
Liquids are not permitted; please empty all containers and bags properly.
Large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened, and small boxes must be bagged.
🍽️ Food and Kitchen Supplies

Florida law does not allow opened food to remain in the kitchen or refrigerator. Therefore, all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Items such as condiments, coffee grounds, and similar products will not be provided before check-in.

🚗 Recreational Vehicles

Golf carts and other recreational vehicles are not permitted at Windsor Island Resort and may be subject to penalties.

📶 Internet Service

Please note that internet service is provided by the community association, not by our company. Although it is generally reliable, occasional signal instability or service interruptions may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

🚫 Parties and Events

Parties and events are not permitted. A $1,000 penalty will be charged if an unauthorized party or event is detected at the property.

📹 Security Cameras

For your safety, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras located at the front of the property.
