Staff welcomed us on arrival and were very friendly and helpful. Nightly parking charge waived due to us being international guests which was a lovely bonus. Small issue with room which was resolved within 15 minutes as was my request for a kettle as our family are non-coffee drinkers. Room was lovely and clean and staff were always very friendly and helpful. I did wonder about booking based on reviews and I’m so glad I booked the resort as the location is perfect whether you want to go to Disney, shopping or Universal. Will certainly stay here again.

I was a great location and place! We enjoyed our time there! The only reason we did not give 5 stars is because a Resort worker at one of the front desks pushed us into a timeshare meeting saying it was required. We found out later that it wasn't.
