Orlando

Communication was amazing. The house is a very nice size. There are some things that need to be taken care of. Table in the living room is very unstable. The house needs more kitchen supplies such as bowls. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The ceiling in the family room should be replaced. The handle on the sliding door needs to be fixed. The backyard really needs to be cleaned up. There were empty bottles and trash outside. The fence is missing a post. The weeds and bushes need to be cut down. I would stay at the house again just needs some things taken care of.

Dirty, Unsafe, Roaches!! Horrible Experience.

This stay was such a HORRIBLE experience for me and my group! If I could rate negative stars I would. When we arrived at the property in the evening the front door was wide open, which is completely unsafe and had us worried. We ended up entering the home and we saw huge roaches, there were multiple of them which was disgusting! Not only that, but it was unsafe not only because of the wide-open door, but broken outlets on the wall, which pose a fire hazard. There were so many things just wrong about this place... parts of the wall were fell off onto the floor too. I have pictures of everything and even sent them to the host! To which he agreed to give me a refund, months later and nothing! Additionally, there was a huge lack of integrity here! The host literally went against VRBO policy and changed the dates that we booked on their end to make it appear as if we came in a day earlier so that we could be charged more. We stayed the first night despite feeling unsafe because we were flying in from a whole other state and everything else was booked up for that weekend and we had already spent over $3000 on the house for the weekend! We had planned to leave the next day, because It wasn't even worth $100 for the experience we had -- it ruined our entire trip!! We had to drop so much money on a whole other place because this one was just awful. The experience was more like a busted-down motel. I'm honestly so disappointed and hurt by this whole experience. I honestly would just encourage everyone to stay away. Don’t take the risk and spend your money with these people. I’ve tried to be patient for months and communicate with them time and time again and they could care less about anything but keeping our money! Don’t understand how someone can treat people like that.

Great Location

We had a small get together for my boyfriends birthday and the 4th of July. It was very easy to communicate with the property owner, and He was very accommodating! There were a few things broken in the house, which the owner was not aware of, but he was grateful for us letting him know. The house was a great size as well for all of us to comfortably fit. My only complaint would be that the houses needed to be cleaned better, but we took care of getting it cleaned.

Good spot!

The home is lovely, and well set up. the only issue was that for a place that is supposed to sleep 14(and I don't see how it could) there was only 1 spoon and maybe three coffee cups! The manager was great, and very helpful.
