"FUN IN THE SUN" 2 Bedroom Villa on First Floor

  • Welcome to your vacation destination!! Enjoy "Fun IN THE SUN" here in Kissimmee Florida. Located in a gated community this Villa in Runaway Beach Club Resort and is in the center of it all including a 2.5 mile proximity to Disney World, a short trip to Universal Studios, or Sea World. Or just relax here at the pools and take in all Kissimmee has to offer on its own. Enjoy this 2 bedroom villa with full kitchen, washer and dryer and patio where you can ease into your morning over a cup of coffee and start your day!!

    We have partnered with Calypso Cay that's right across the street from our Club House. Besides having our own adult pool, zero entry with water works child pool and hot tub you have these extra amenities: Free at Calypso Cay
    Pools & Jacuzzi - Splash Pad - Castaway Cabana "Tiki" - Children's Playground - Crab Pool - Basket Ball & Volleyball - Miniature Golf Course 18 hole - Calypso Market - License to Chill Bar & Grill - Transportation to Disney - So come and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer.

Easy process, great communication, all our requirements were met in the most friendly and professional way. Very easy to get around. In a few blocks you can find all you need. Can’t wait to be back!
