We had a wonderful stay at this super roomy, clean and well appointed rental home. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood pool was a great perk. We will definitely rent here again for our next Disney trip. Thank you for an awesome week!

Everything was great. The accommodations are perfect for our family. The pool was a nice treat after walking the parks all day. Spent half a day at the big community pool floating in the lazy river before heading home. Perfect little get away!

Wonderful experience and property

We loved that this property was handy to every Disney park and everything we needed. The home was tastefully decorated and clean, with the ideal set up for a family on the go. We had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. On our off day the kids spent time in the amazing neighborhood pool and lazy river. They enjoyed that as much as Disney! We would definitely stay here again!

Location of the house was easy to find easy to check in and to make changes prior to our stay . House location close to many amenities and to all facilities we needed to access for the tournament. Enjoyed the lazy river and pool at Bronson Club house .

The house was very nice and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. It gave us a lot of room. Disappointing that the grill did not work. Needed to shop for essentials such as toilet paper, Kleenex and seasonings. The tack strippings on the rugs were very sharp. Pool was fun for the kids.

Very nice but Beware of extra Charges

The property itself was very nice and clean. Very good location. If you don't belong to a TV service, you will not be able to use any TV except in the living room. If you want to use the BBQ grill, there is a fee of 50, along with a 50 fee to heat the pool. These items should be disclosed in the listing.

Competition stay

The overall experience was good. It has no food, spices or anything in that nature you need for a stay. If you have kids that live to swim I would recommend to pay for the pool to be heated. It was like an ice bath when we arrived and took almost 24 hours to warm up to a swimmable temp. Overall the house was great!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful week at this property! Loved having two king beds! We chose to heat the back patio pool and it was a great decision and very warm - The kids swam in it all the time! There was a pack 'n Play and high chair we requested and they provided for free which was nice to not fly with those! Jose was easy to communicate with -there were a few minor problems with appliances but nothing that affected our stay. The resorts pools and lazy rivers are awesome! Would stay here again! All the beds were comfortable. The upstairs master bath and closet were big enough for a pack and play.

Winter Escape to Orlando

The property was in excellent condition and plenty big for the four of us. The house is well equipped and due to its excellent location we were able to pop to the local Target to stock up on the essentials needed for our stay...milk, bread, cereals, coffee & filters, cleaning materials etc. it was about a 15 minute drive to Disney and ideally located to access all of the main road links to get out and about. The club / pool area was very good and there are plenty of pavements around the property for going out for a stroll. The property management company were great and replied within 24 hrs to any of my emails. I would recommend this property and will be back in the future

Great Stay Nov 6-17

We had a great stay at this property. The location is lovely with all necessities near by. Access to the two additional pools in the community are also a great feature. Check in was simple. Some traffic scanning in and out of the community we noted on several occasions but this is more so an issue with the community I do believe. The backyard pool was nice. We opted not to heat it but found it to be quite warm. Perhaps given the warm November temperatures? Property was clean. But well loved. I think some new sheets & towels and a new Mattress topper for the king beds would go along way. As well as a few extra supplies , toilet paper , dish soap , garbage bags. All and all We would definitely stay again !

This townhouse was perfect for us. We used 2 of the community resort pools with water park , lazy river and pools. After a day at Sea World we all relaxed in the private pool at our house. Kitchen was well equipped. ( could use kitchen towels and a cookie sheet😃). We fixed all our meals so it was much more affordable. They provided high chair and pack n play which was great.. Something was wrong with the washer so we didn’t use it after the first time. I am sure the maid will report it. Fantastic get away.

Convenient and Spacious…

We were in town for Premiere (cosmetology conference). We truly enjoyed our stay. Pros: Private, screened in patio with pool Multiple, large bedrooms/bathrooms Large kitchen Plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, etc. Large dining room table Pool towels Managing company was very easy to communicate with Cons: Extremely hard beds Had to pay to use grill Pots and pans are very old and useless (had to buy our own - non-stick coating was coming off in our food) Not enough proper cooking utensils (had to buy our own) Dining room chandelier was filthy (caked in dust) Garbage behind/next to washer and dryer (chips, candy, cookie wrappers) Not enough seating in living room (states it sleeps 12, but living room only sat 4 people semi-comfortably) Overall, we did enjoy our stay. However, there are some things that need to be addressed and fixed.

Needs improvement

Overall we had a great vacation. Pros- Great location. Good/quick communication. Was able to get pack and play and high chair delivered for the stay. Cons- Needs a new cleaner badly, very dusty-overall not clean. Even with a HEPA filter I brought my daughter’s allergies and asthma was horrible. Needed to go to Walgreens at midnight and buy a new battery for the fire alarm that was chirping every 2 minutes. House itself is much smaller than it appears in photos and the pool area in the listing photos is not the one near the house (no splash pad or slides). Washing machine doesn’t work if you put more then 4 things in it- comes off balance and will not spin. Overall would not stay here again, even though the location and communication was great.

Lacks attention to detail and property management needs improvement!

The first day we arrived, the keypad to the door did not work. I called property management and the guy was rude and said that no one would get to it that day, that we just needed to use the key. During our whole week’s stay, no one came to fix it! Another day, I called about the pool being green, the guy said someone would be there the next morning to fix it. The next day, no one had come so I called them around 1:00pm and they said they would get someone over there. Still no one showed up so I called again at 4:45pm and demanded that someone show up. Finally someone showed up after 5:00pm. We were unable to use the pool for 2 days!! Food was splattered on the walls, trim, and side of the island. I deep cleaned the side of the island because it disgusted me so much! The kitchen table had a sticky square spot on it (most likely a price sticker), that I scrubbed clean. There was a blue stain on the living room rug. There were multiple gashes in the walls of the living room/kitchen. There were stains on the material of the bed on the main floor. There was a hole behind the master bath door because there was no doorstop and the one small towel hook they had was falling out of the wall! The stainless steel trashcans and lamps needed a thorough cleaning! One of the sinks in master bath would not drain. The light fixture above the kitchen table was covered with cobwebs and dust! The washer did not spin out the clothes very well and the dryer took forever to dry anything.

Great stay

This is a lovely home for a large group. We had 8 people, adults and kids. It is very well appointed, including a pool and grill, and as a bonus a lovely water park/bar just a three minute walk away. Staff was terrific, and so was the host had a wonderful week.

Great stay!!!

Loved the property. Everything was clean and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would suggest is having more pans to cook with other then that everything was great.
