The room is very very spacious. The hot water is always perfect in the shower and the dishwasher works great! The staff are always ever-present and they try to do their best to accommodate the clients. Also, the surrounding parking lot is always safe. The residents are very kind as well.

Full of roaches, my daughter had to change rooms because there were so many of them they acted as if they were residents. The staff was pretty cool about the situation and apologized and was happy to move her. We slept and left super early before we ended up with unwanted visitors on our way out. Would not stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They worked with what they have. That being said. I have booked many hotels in my life and this place by far was the worse one. Sketchy location, roaches everywhere, horrible smell, tv and stove did not work, AC was dirty and blew out a horrible smell. The bathroom door handle did not have a lock. The room was dim and the sheets were dirty. Never again.

Checked in and the clerk told us to be careful with the area. A sex worker yelled at my husband when he was trying to park. Roaches everywhere from the second we walked in our room. The room smelled musty and there were stains on every cloth surface. The drain stoppers were gone or removed. Rusted shower, damages in the bathroom. The shower head pressure was pretty good. The kitchen counter island was loose. I know Extended Stays arent the best but never this awful.

My overall experience wasn’t good , maybe it was the timing , maybe it was something else but usually i try to work something out with facilities when i had a bad experience but this wasn’t the case. First room i had cigarettes smell greeted me at the door , it was a no no for me since i have 2 minors with me and the kitchen let say wasn’t it. The staff did accommodate me changing room and i did appreciate that. Second room was better but need work in the carpet and the tub. I really hope they renovate soon cuz its in a great area with a wawa right there in the corner and epic universal 5 mins away.

Front desk staff are awesome. They go above and beyond to make you feel like you are at home. I stayed there for a month while my place was being renovated and felt like I had a place away from home. The property was disgusting, Filthy, dirty, and smelly. We looked at 10 rooms, one worse than the other missing TVs, beds soiled, bugs missing or broken couches. This was a nightmare hotel. At one point one of the rooms we checked out had literally water pouring into the first floor bedroom soaking the mattress on the bed . I kid you not. This was the worst hotel I'd ever. Do not recommend this to anyone. I was there for a few hours before I checked out and demanded a refund. Travelocity was good enough to give me one and we were able to book a much better more suitable hotel at the last minute. Thank God. My whole vacation could have been ruined because of this horrific place.
