Sweet amazing host but not what expected

The host was amazing with working with me and letting me book. Once we got to the house it wasn’t vacuumed there was crumbs everywhere. The door looked like it had been kicked in at one point. Back porch light and fan did not work. It was great for my birthday because we stayed in the pool the whole time but I think it could be kept up a little more.
