Our furnished home is in a resort, 10 minutes from Disney. We enjoyed our stay. Property was not far from the Pool/health club but you needed to take your car.Other than that things went well. If we needed to contact Julian she got right back to us.Appreciated that

Overall, the house was very nice and the owner was friendly and responsive. We had a great trip! Areas for improvement are regulating pool temperature and cleanliness. The largest problem by far was the pool heater not working in the mornings even after repeated communications with the owner. There wasn't a single morning that the kids could use the pool, which was very disappointing. The cleaning was sub-par as we found lots of plastic clothing tags in the carpet, clearly not vacuumed. Also, there were a few receipts under a night stand. The showers were dirty and in need of a deep clean. The furniture on the pool deck was extremely rusted and kept causing the pool deck to be dirty to the extent that we couldn't walk outside with socks on.
