THREE CAR MAXIMUM, TWO vehicles allowed to be parked in the driveway, other vehicles MUST park in the oversize parking lot or by the clubhouse.
All drivers MUST have a VALID driver’s license with proof of insurance on the vehicle. International driver’s licenses are acceptable if current.
BBQ is free, propane tank is guest responsibility. Any RV, or trailers MUST get authorization from the hoa to park in the oversized area.

Everything was excellent, communication and overall property. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool area was good to host our family birthday celebration. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and we cooked several meals. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Windsor Hills

Our family felt so comfortable in this home and whole area was incredible. Home pool and spa was well used by everyone, and community pool and slides were an additional plus!

This place was perfect for our family

We had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of space for all of us - we only used 3 of the 5 bedrooms. It is conveniently located to Disney, a little further for Universal. The house was mostly clean, there were a couple dead bugs on the floor and some trash outside the front door when we arrived but otherwise it was perfect and those things were easily remedied. Ana responded quickly when I messaged her about a minor issue with one of the beds. I would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This house was just what i was looking for! Very spacious, everyone had a place to kick back and relax. The open concept downstairs was just what i needed to keep an eye on the kids while cooking. The pool was great for the kids and the seating area was spacious for the adults. The resort pool the front was not too far of a walk and the food/drinks were decent. The kids had a decent. The kids had a lot of fun on the waterslides. Everything worked out I would definitely stay here again.

Our house was clean, comfortable, and exactly how it looks in the pictures! We were impressed with how fully stocked the kitchen was. We were here for a baseball tournament so it was nice to be able to come back and make a quick meal for friends and family. Check in and check out was so simple! Our host was easy to work with… We couldn’t be happier with our stay :) We would 10/10 recommend!!

Dishwasher did not work, so I had to hand wash dishes but had to buy my own dish towel and dish rags. The AC couldn't keep up so by the end of the nights it would be about 80 degrees in the house. The kitchen was new and nice except there were wires hanging from the ceiling and the handyman had to come to times to fix the outlets. The hot tub drained by itself? Had to refill it. The one light in the garage was hanging from the ceiling. I picked a house so we could bring our dogs and then after we left was told they didn't allow dogs but I clearly asked for a house that allowed dogs and shows on my reservation. So in turn she billed us $450 in fees, which luckily I paid for insurance, so it was taken care of. But I would not recommend staying here. Windsor Hill yes but not this house.

We have stayed in Windsor Hills at least a dozen times and it’s our favorite community. We needed a home at the last minute and this one was one of the few available for our dates. It was clean and well equipped for our family. Practically perfect in every way.

This property came exactly as described. I have stayed at many locations in the same village and this one was the best. Short distance to gate, no problems with AC or pool. Manager was always responsive with answers to questions very quickly which is very important. I would recommend staying here to my friends and family anytime and look forward to my next visit to Florida

Good home for large group or family

This home is so close to family entertainment (Disney, golf, parks), dining, shopping, etc. Each bedroom had access to their own bathroom, which was nice for our several couples. The kitchen had pretty much all we needed. The house was clean and very comfortable, especially the beds. Only negatives were some worn furnishings, issues with tv's, cable and remotes; pool and the grill. However, the manager and staff took action quickly and resolved our issues.

Nice place. Some of the remote controls didn’t work but overall I enjoyed myself
