  • 5BD/4BA 2200 SF Townhome with private Pool at Storey Lake Resort near Disney & Universal Studios and Sea world.
    From the beautiful decor to the spacious living areas, this townhome is just minutes from Disney and Universal. You'll also appreciate conveniences of home like free WiFi, flat-screen TVs in every room and laundry room with washer and dryer.
    Pretty and practical, the fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to get meals on the table for your guests. It comes with granite counters, stainless appliances and large island with seating for four. You can also gather around the adorable dining room table just off the kitchen, which has room for at least twelve.

    Sophisticated and chic, the first Floor one bedroom delights with a king bedroom and a full decorated Star War in the two full size bedroom.

    The upstairs two master bedroom each one has a king bed. The en-suite bathroom has two double sinks and a tub/shower combination. Live out your dreams in the Frozen full size bedroom. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom.

    Storey Lake is just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all the best sites in Orlando. You don't have to leave the resort though to find plenty to do - Storey Lake offers a swimming pool with lazy river, two water slides, splash pad, beach area, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and other outdoor sports. Guests also have access to the poolside cafe,clubhouse, fitness facility and business center.

    Optional pool heat is available for $30/day + tax and three days minus request. We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. Propane Grill is available for our guest to use( guest will purchase own propane gas) . A cleaning fee of $79 will apply.

Nice Place!

Very clean and neat. Owner was easy to contact when the door malfunctioned. It was resolved in two minutes. Good location in the complex. We'll stay there again!

2021 Florida get away

We enjoyed the property. It was spacious and clean. Pool is very small. But that’s the way they are with townhomes. Couple items were broken or in need of repair. Not sure if they already knew about them or not. Teflon was wore off of the pans. We ended up buying one. Light was out in the pool And one of the bathrooms. Beds seemed to sleep ok. I can tell they are going to need replacement mattress soon. Would definitely look at booking again. Thank you!

Family vacation w/ volleyball tournament

We stayed here as part family vacation and part AAU volleyball tournament. The overall resort was very nice, however the pool and lazy river had issues. The pool was closed on us two days in a row due to someone having an "accident" and the lazy river was closed for half our stay. It was disappointing to not be able to use those. Our condo was very nice and big. Plenty of room for us. There were some stains on the upstairs carpet that appeared to be from gum or something sticky, but other than that it was a very nice place.

The picture was not of the unit we were allowed to stay in.

Issue with changing booking because the pictures unit was sold we were told. Changed us to Davenport house that was very subpar. Space was good but not cleaned. After I complained the first day; we were told we could find another place. Made no effort to empathize with us. So discouraged with the rudeness and lack of caring for us. In our opinion, we would rate the house a 1 and the Agency a 0. I send pictures of the condition and disputed that the house was professionally cleaned and even more so with Covid protocol standards ignored.

Review is not for this property as we were moved to a different one

I received an email from the property management stating there was an issue at the property we requested and we were being moved to a larger house. I did not realize this was in a totally different community and this house, while it was larger, was not new. There were a lot of signs of wear, walls needed painting, the corners of the beds looked like cats had clawed at it, the towel bar in the master bath was laying in the tub. Needless to say we were disappointed that we did not get what we expected, we didn't make a formal complaint because we knew we were going to be on the go for most of our trip and time at the house was limited and it was clean. Getting into the community was difficult sometimes it took 20mins or more to be able to enter.

New England winter getaway

The house was nice and basically as it was advertised, but it is a little worn and could use some minor improvements. Personally, I would not put a white leather couch or white leather stools in a rental house. There are stains and signs of wear and tear.
