So we arrived and found MANY things wrong with the place. Pool no heated (there was an issue with the heater as it turns out that was not fixed), playroom in garage looks great on pictures but pool table not usable, air hockey table NOT working properly. We ran out of toilet paper on day 2. Property manager told us that’s our problem. REALLY? We paid that much to be told that? I rent all the time and we have never had this happen before. Pots & pans were barely useable, washing machine has a really bad smell coming from it, no dish soap (well they had left us with just enough for 1 use), absolutely no pair of scissors in the house, recycling and garbage pick up information was wrong in the binder. We brought all of these things up with property manager who absolutely didn’t care. Oh and speaking of him, he wouldn’t answer our call at first. I had to leave a few voicemails for him to call us back. When he called us back, he apologize for not answering, telling us he didn’t recognize the number so he didn’t answer. WHAT???? You are a property manager, who will get calls from unknown telephone numbers all the time. And you choose not to answer? I couldn’t believe it.
I do not recommend using this property or any with that property manager. As mentioned before, we rent homes on a regular basis and have NEVER ran into such a rude and uncaring person. We left 1 day early and asked to have this night refunded since we had so many problems and he wouldn’t even consider it. That probably would have saved us from these comments or returning. We are looking to return next year but will NOT deal with the same company.
