Our luxurious and recently renovated 3 bedroom retreat is the perfect home base for your Orlando vacation! We think you'll love to be minutes from Orlando's theme parks, including Disney World, Universal Studios Florida, SeaWorld, and Aquatica - daily shuttle rides from this property are included. Our spacious and open-concept 1,295 sq.ft. condo-style suite features everything you need to have a relaxing and stress-free vacation. We highly recommend that you sit out on your furnished balcony and enjoy a glass of your favorite refreshing drink!

There are 3 BEDROOMS in this suite. The master bedroom features a King bed and a TV, along with an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 Double beds and a 32” Flat-Screen HD TV. An additional Queen sofa bed in the living room is perfect for extra guests.

Get ready for the day ahead in the 2 BATHROOMS. The master ensuite features a luxe Jacuzzi tub and Walk-in Shower. We have you covered with FREE toiletries and towels!

The open-concept LIVING AREA features large windows and refined decor. Kick back on the comfy sofa and catch a movie on the 49” Flat-Screen LCD HD TV. A convenient in-suite washer and dryer will have you feeling right at home. Just outside, you will love the private and spacious balcony!

Prepare meals in the Full KITCHEN including a dishwasher (soap supplied), a fridge/freezer, and a Keurig coffeemaker. You will love the granite countertops and large island! Enjoy your meals around the lovely dining table with seating. If you're wanting to cook within the comforts of your suite, the Publix Grocery Store is within walking distance, or order groceries to your door with the Orlando Grocery Express!

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent amenities at the Floridays Resort, where this suite is conveniently located! Dive into one of the 2 pristine outdoor pools on a hot day - the kids will love the "playscapes" area in the main pool, while the adults lounge on the cozy sun terrace. Fuel up at the Poolside Bar & Grill, or at the Palm Cafe and Marketplace. Keep up your fitness routine at the equipped fitness center on-site. We recommend bringing a car to get around this area, and there is self-serve parking available for you!

THEME PARK SHUTTLE

We offer convenient daily shuttle services to and from Disney World, Universal Studios Florida, SeaWorld and Aquatica theme parks! Reservations are required and must be made 24-48 hours in advance. Please note: over sized strollers, luggage, and mobility scooters are not allowed on the shuttle.

While visiting, make sure to visit the excellent theme parks in the area, including Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, all just a short drive or shuttle ride away! Orlando is a hot spot for some great shopping, so be sure to stroll over to Vineland Premium outlets, or drive to the Florida Mall or the Mall at Millenia. If you want to venture out of the resort, head out the door and try the delicious Happy Hour sushi deals at Benihana. Gilson's Brazilian Restaurant is a favorite of ours - the wine selection is pretty top-notch. For your morning pick-me-up, Starbucks is a short walk or drive away.

Clean, comfortable, convenient property in resort complex. Great location.

Family of four (4) enjoy the condo, small resort with pool, location, and support from concierge. Access the parks and other places along International Drive. Good place to stay.

Great value and clean

The resort is in a great location, with two pools. The unit was very clean and as advertised. Housekeeping didn't come any of the days, but with the washer and dryer, and dishwasher in unit they weren't neeeed.

Floriday's Resort Beautiful place to stay

Our 3-bedroom condo was spacious and clean and better than the pictures listed. Lots to do right on the resort. Large pool, plenty of seating. The cafe and bar have a great selection for breakfast and lunch. We will definitely be returning for our next trip to Orlando.

Great for our family of four

We had a wonderful stay. Only issue was the balcony did not face the pool as depicted on the photos (rather we had a view of the parking lot). Not a huge issue, but it would have been so nice to have a good view. Overall fantastic stay for our family with two small kiddos.

Nice Condo

We liked it because there were 3 bedrooms with multiple beds in 2 of the 3 rooms. It fit our needs perfectly. Our whole family got to stay in the same place. Nice pool. Good cafe. A full kitchen so we could save some money rather than eating out every meal. Worked well for us.

Nice property. Front desk was so courteous and helpful. Checkin was a little challenging because I didn’t have clear instructions from the property owner/manager. Also, the approximately $27 a night resort fee isn’t included in the price and is paid at checkin so be aware of that when you’re doing cost calculations.

Girls Trip

Had a great stay but there were minor discrepancies with what was in the listing: pictures of balcony overlooked pool but our balcony over looked a pond and was the farthest building from the pool, listing said the condo had a Keurig machine so we specifically bought that type of coffee but it was a traditional coffee machine, listing says there are two restaurants but it’s actually a café with three tables not a formal sit down restaurant. Publix is very close though. On the day we checked in we were inside the condo and all of a sudden housekeeping walked in without knocking, they didn’t know anyone had checked into the room yet, so that caught us off guard.

Worked fine!

It worked fine for a family trip to Orlando. The pool was nicer than expected and the market was very convenient if not a bit slow at times. Location was pretty easy to get in and out of. Property is a bit dated and not kept up great (leaky showers, broken elevators, ceiling fans, etc). They were responsive to those things that were flat out broken and we requested service. Just makes it inconvenient to be calling and letting people in when you have down time. Not much for amenities so prepare to have to go to the office to ask for more of everything (towels, toilet paper, etc)

Central to parks

Nice complex and amenities however all buildings are not centrally located to main pool. After waiting for our room to be ready, we were put in a room that wasn't very clean, outdated from photos and in disrepair. We asked to be moved after we discovered one of the showers was not working order (maintenance was aware they day before we even arrived). After calling front desk we decided to pack and they promptly moved us to another building. The second room we were put in was as pictured. Working order and clean. Only complaint is we were cold. Maybe it’s because we come from a colder climate and are used to more bedding but beds only have a sheet and one thin blanket. After the first night we called for more blankets which they brought. Overall nice complex, think it just depends which room you are in. First room would be thumbs down. Second, thumbs up.
