Great location loved the balcony!

Great location close to everything - the bedroom needed attention with the ceiling fan, lights and a few of the outlets didn’t work- the master bath sink didn’t drain well- also the other bath had the same issue- but loved the balcony (minus the 70’s music selection lol) and space in the place! We would def stay here again!

Loved the location and amenities

Overall it was a great stay. Pool was great. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from Disneyworld nightly, Short distances to where you wanna go and a beautiful look over the lake. My husband and I really enjoyed the walk on the decks at night. My only complaint would be when we first showed up, the place was dirty from the last tenants. When we arrived the owner replied quickly and got the housekeeper in fairly quick but we had to leave the premises for 2 hours after just getting off a long flight in the afternoon. We did not know the area so we walked around. Which would not have been terrible if it wasn't raining and humid to the point you could barely breathe. Of course coming from Oregon it was an adjustment. Other then that the sink in the bathrooms didn't drain and some outlets didn't work next to the bed. But was still worth it.

Quick Getaway

We really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect with a lot around it and the resort is nice and exactly what we need for a quick getaway. Huge plus having 2 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking water. You can see the Epcot ball, Disney springs and tons of Disney fireworks from the front of the resort on the higher up floors. Definitely would stay here again!

I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The sunrise was absolutely mesmerizing from our balcony across the lake. Not far at all from all parks! Everything you need is right there! My kids loved it!

Awesome stay

Condo was real nice Host Simi Sanichar was awesome any questions she replied immediately and any issues like we had the garbage disposal was replaced next day. Condo has great view of pool and lake from 8th floor. The property is well maintained and the location is awesome close to stores like Walgreens, Dollar tree and few restaurants, Starbucks and Subway as well as mini golf are right on site we stayed 21 nights and would go back for sure.

Excellent stay!

I highly recommend this condo. It was very spacious and had complete kitchen amenities. The condo has excellent views of the large lake and the pool area. The location is minutes away from Disney parks and grocery shopping and other retail outlets were very close like Walgreens, Dollar Store, Starbucks, and etc. The resort staff was very friendly and the host was very responsive to our messages. Definitely will book again in the future.

Very nice unit and location

The unit was nice and clean, enough room for the four of us. The resort staff was friendly and helpful, they did say if you book through them directly you get unlimited miniature golf. The tiki bar sells reasonably priced drinks and food. The location was within walking distance to food and stores, Walmart within 5min. Universal and Sea World are 3-4 exits down the highway, with traffic it took about 15 min. I would definitely stay again.

Great host adverage condo!!

The host responds quickly to any requests. She is extremely nice. The condo is on the 8th floor. You can watch the fireworks a few steps from the front door. The condo has views of the lake and pool area. The pool area is rather loud at times. Kids playing and while I was staying here loud music. But it stopped at 8 PM. All floors are nice tile accept the Master has carpet. Very nice kitchen with granite counters which are also in baths. It has two baths. Bunk beds in the hallway. Furniture is adverage. I had an issue which I told the host about. She took care of it. As far as the area goes it is easy to get to shopping, restaurants, and Disney.

First time in Orlando for a retired Canadian couple

The unit was easily large enough for us. The building was well maintained, as well as the pool and hot tub. I made good use of the exercise/weight room. From time to time, we heard noise from the adjoining unit and the upstairs, but this was not a problem. The unit is very close to Disney and not far from Universal. Most but not all of the guests that we met at the pool were young families going to one or more of the theme parks; sometimes for the second or third time. It was generally good to have so many young people around the pool. General observations: The whole resort is focused on short term stays to the theme parks. The location was close to major roads and highways The heated pool and spa were very welcome and even in early March were never crowded The staff of the resort, including those at the concierge desk, were both helpful and pleasant. We had two minor issues in the unit that needed attention and these were handled quickly The view overlooking Lake Brian was always pleasant, especially around sunrise Grocery shopping and other retail outlets were very close. A Dollar Store was immediately adjacent to the resort and proved to be very helpful for small kitchen supply items. Top concerns: There was no cleaning supplies in the unit-no vacuum, toilet brush etc (See reference to Dollar Store above) There was no pantry items when we arrived, unlike our experience with other long-term rentals (Dollar Store) We found the music that was played at pool side to be intrusive; when the wind was from the east it was loud, even with the balcony door closed. The traffic volume on the road beside the resort was always a challenge for entering and turning. To go south from the resort, we had to turn North, cross three lanes and make a u-turn within a space of two or three hundred yards. Sometimes this was too exciting.

Great Position for Disney

Lovely apartment in a great apartment complex. The blue heron has a lovely big pool, always warm and is open 7-11 so it's open before the Disney parks and open afterwards!The 8th floor is good too because you can see a lot of the Disney resorts from the front door and then from the balcony you can see rocket launches and a great view across lake Bryan.The apartment is a great size for two people. Two bathrooms, a decent sized kitchen and a lounge to chill out in. The balcony is big although we rarely used it.A few things are a bit tired in the apartment but that seems to be normal for apartments in Florida it seems.The bed is massive.All in all a great place to stay when going to Disney and other places.The restaurants are all close by, either a quick walk to our favourites like Bahama Breeze, or a quick uber to others like Longhorns, Chili's and Miller's.Lots of parking too.

Everything about our stay was great. Check in was easy, condo was clean, and the pool/hot tub were awesome. Great location too, we spent a day at Disney and it was only about a 10-15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Location, Unbeatable Price

Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location to the parks unless staying on-site. Views from the condo were definitely a highlight - pool and lake on one side, Disney fireworks on the other. There is a jet ski rental just a couple of blocks away (min age 16 and drivers license to operate). The furnishings were very nice, beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was ok but not great - floors were dirty in corners, fixtures were really dusty, both bathroom sinks and master tub were clogged. The resort was quiet, pool was very nice, and the strawberry mojito from the cabana was worth the $14 price. All-in-all, a nice place with great access to all things Orlando.
