The apartment was totally remodeled , modern style, the kitchen is fully equipped and Lines are also provided.

My daughter had a very nice stay here

I booked this location for my daughter and her boyfriend to stay at and was told that they had a very nice stay there. Convienience of having the parks so close as well as the cleanliness of the apartment was very good and would recommend this place to others.

Overall a good stay but few points to improve

Our stay was good however there are few pointers for cleanliness.1) we found hair strands in the bathtub area .2) Found few food drops from previous stay just below the dining area table.Otherwise beds were nice and clean.

We booked this property for about 11 days. Check in was super easy and it was in the perfect area for why we were in Orlando. We were there for our boy National basketball tournament. While there is a washer and dryer on the premises.. it is not included in the price of the apartment. That was the main reason I booked an apartment instead of a hotel. The washer and dryer was 4 to wash and 4 to dry… but it did not clean my clothes.. I ended up having to go to a laundry mat and redo them. The apartment was clean but outdated. There is a lot of wear and tear within the property.. and including cracks on doors and cracks in the floor. Again, it was very clean! We had good communication with the owner.. just was not what I was expecting.
