Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather all used towels (including kitchen towels) and place them on top of the dryer.
Close the door and press the lock 🔒 on the keypad. That will lock the door. No need to enter a passcode.
Throw trash away at check out. Take the garbage to the trash compactor located on the left-hand side before exiting the gated community.
Two gate cards are attached to visitor passes on the key holder for easy gate entry. Please return them at checkout. A $60 fee applies for each lost or unreturned gate card.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
