    There is no daily cleaning service. The condo is cleaned before the guest arrives and after the guest departure

    The apartment is equipped with initial supplies consisting of soap, toilet paper and dishwashing liquid for the first day. After the starter kit is depleted, each guest is responsible for purchasing all other supplies that they will use during their stay.

    Kitchen facilities, Kitchen Utensils, Cooking range, Dishwasher, washer and dryer are just for the convenience of the guest and not charged extra. If for some reason, any or some of the above-mentioned facility does not function, the guest will not be entitled to any kind of refund.

    Guest must maintain cleanliness of the kitchen in order to avoid any kind of pest problem. Please avoid dropping food on the floor and the kitchen area.

Quiet tucked away retreat

Nice condo with balcony overlooking the pool. Great location if you're in town for Disney World. Be prepared and give yourself extra time for traffic entering and exiting the property.

We were visiting for a volleyball tournament. The facility was nice, loved the pool, dock to sit out on, and proximity to the Orange County Convention Center. Price was decent. We reached out to see if we could check in an hour or 2 early and didn't receive a reply. We encountered several issues during our stay which I reached out to the homeowner about and his reply was thank you for letting me know, I will get them fixed. What I didn't realize is he must have meant after our stay not during as nothing was addressed. I did tell him we were getting by, but you'd think he'd fix right away or there would be an offer of a discount. Issues were as follows; one of the shower heads didn't work properly and was spraying straight up, dishwasher was not connected to counter so we didn't dare use, microwave worked but had cracks which made it feel unsafe, stove burner didn't work, lights in bedroom didn't work, there was no toaster, supplies such as dishes, towels, etc were limited, bed was hard as a rock - we made do by taking bunk mattresses and putting them on top. We made it work and it served the purpose for us, but I hope all of these issues are fixed for future guests.
