Upon arrival the kitchen had food all over the counters, no dish soap as listed, no salt or pepper even. No basic cooking staples. 1 thing of laundry soap as it states 2. No bathroom garbage bags as it states 2. No access to grill, yet one in the pool area. Pool never ran the entire week to pump, clean. Pool light in pool never worked. Took 24hr to receive a response, in which nothing was done. Mold in master shower and master tub jets. Skeeball game does not work yet no mention. Pool furniture with cobwebs on everything. Pool patio dirty and covered in dead worms. I had to clean to stay yet still pay a cleaning fee TV in Master bedroom wouldnt change channels or do anything..unusable. living room tv only did Netflix. Water to washer and dryer left on from previoys occupants. Carpet unvaccummed. Just very unsatisfied
