"Rooms were dirty there was hair in the bathtubs I called the guest service they supposed to send somebody to clean it .. 5 days passed and nobody arrived .. I guess they got lost in the building ! Other then that rooms are huge and beautiful but becareful where you book it becouse they will put you at the end of the resort where u have to walk 10 min to the pools.. adding very expensive at the resort ! Drinks are like water but they charge 21 dollars for it ..on top of that they add tip so check your bill so u don’t tip double lien we did !"

"Both pools East Village and Lazy River were great. My only complaint/suggestion (which I hear from Management that it is being attended to, and thank you for the gift basket left at our door) was the website. It is outdated and could be so much better. Had problems booking cabanas and also no real resort information available. Wish we didn’t have to get parking passes from time share sellers, but do understand that that is the property. All in all a good stay. "

"This place was really nice, with the newly renovated rooms. While there, we can tell that the owners took great care in making sure the place looks attractive and pleasing to those that stay there. New plants were being installed around the pool area. "

"Nice overall. A little dated but was ok for our stay. Staff at check in was great. Staff cleaning rooms and helping in the buildings were oblivious to guests. Would walk in front if guests to get on and off the elevator, blacking the walkways with carts. Carts were being used in elevators for guests, but overall they too were nice but you had to be the first to say hello or acknowledge them. We tried to keep todays climate in mind and know how some people treat others, so we were nice and once we showed our politeness they were polite back. "

"The property was great and the breakfast was very good. Our room was never cleaned (at all) over a five day stay. I had to ask for a cleaning and it did not happen despite several trips to the front desk to ask as well as to get fresh towels as needed. I was told a manager would reach out to me by the front desk staff and this has yet to happen. "
