Excellent location

This condo was super close to everything. The neighborhood was very nice and felt safe the condo was clean and well stocked with towels and starter soap and laundry detergent. The only tiny complaint we had was the back left bedroom was warm at night even with the air conditioner on. The kids slept with the door open and a fan that that we found in the condo. But I would stay again. It is on the third floor so anyone that can’t manage stairs needs to consider another location. Very great stay

Clean and close!

Easy drive to WDW and just a little further to Universal, Sea World, and the convention center. Pack TP and paper towels (for this low price it isn't a big deal). Beds were comfortable and the little balcony a great coffee spot.

Disney World vacation

Me and my family had a great experience at this location, my grandkids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed poolside experiences. I highly recommended this location for a family get away and especially if you’re planning on going to Disney World it’s just 4 miles from this location.

Cheer Comp weekend

We were in Orlando for my daughters cheer competition at ESPN World Wide Center. We stayed for 5 days. Community was great, location perfect. Communication with owner great. Condo was in good condition. Listing mentioned a sleeper sofa when I booked, however there was not one. Owner did mention after I contacted him about it that they replaced the sofas due to the sleeper couch being old & worn out per a previous review. I did not see that review nor was a message sent stating that there was no longer a sleeper sofa. The area that I was told to take the trash that did not fit in the trash bench was blocked off & a note stated that we were not allowed to dump trash there. I had to go find a dumpster to take out all the trash that did not fit. Minor inconveniences…would just like to have known a head of time to plan accordingly. Overall a great experience & I would stay again.

Beautiful condo in a quite safe neighborhood

The owner, Ben, was so very helpful from the very start, wonderful person to VRBO from and great communication. The condo is exactly as described in the pictures. The beds slept amazing, the pillows were top notch. Everything was absolutely perfect! We will be planning future stays at this property. Thank you Ben!! Definitely recommend! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our theme park vacation

For the price it was a excellent value. Clubhouse and pool area perfect for a family who needs to relax after fun at the parks. Some minor upgrades are needed inside condo to make overall experience worthy of higher rating. Third floor unit without elevator makes check in and check out a challenge. (Not handicap friendly.) All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

I was disappointed with our stay. Within minutes of arriving, we saw a cockroach. The place was clean so we chalked it up to an apartment complex issue. Pulled out the coach for our kids to find it covered in crumbs and the sheets we found had stains of blood - again clean but stained. The coach had several rips. I communicated all of this while letting him know about the party was taking place at that moment along with the night before - he responded by calling security which solved this issue quickly. Communication was great but this place needed some real TLC.

Great location!

We live in an Atlanta suburb and we wanted to bring our 3 kids to SeaWorld before school starts back. With 5 total, we prefer to stay at a condo or home when traveling so we don't feel so cramped. This condo was very roomy with 3 big bedrooms and 2 full baths. This unit has very nice and comfortable furnishings as well. There were a few minor things we brought to the owners attention...there is no alarm clock provided in any bedroom, they do not provide any paper towels in the kitchen, and no laundry detergent at all. They provide only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom also. If we knew all this beforehand, probably not a big deal. When we have rented condos in the past, these things were provided. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was readily available by text and he was very nice to deal with. The condo is pristine. The pool area and the rest of the complex was very clean and safe.

It's ok

This complex is great, we've stayed at it before and will again in the future, just at a different place. We stayed here to go to Disney and the proximity is wonderful with a starbucks on the way to the parks and a Walmart close as well. -You will need to go to the Walmart to get paper towels and toilet paper. In both bathrooms we were only given what would equate to a half roll of toilet paper for 4 ppl for 4 days. No paper towels are provided and no hand soap to wash hands in the bathroom or kitchen. Floors could be mopped after each use because they may look ok, but a barefoot tells the truth. The unit does have new couch and love seat that are really nice and comfortable. The second bedroom ceiling fan did not work and the master bedroom did not have a ceiling fan. While the AC works great in the common space, its only so so in the bedrooms. Luckily there was a small fan in the 3rd bedroom closet that worked great! Being on the 3rd floor is a tough walk up after a day of Disney because there is no elevator. The master bedroom has great space for your clothes, but not so much in the other two bedrooms. The rooms are a bit small to have a dresser to put clothes in, but what was in there the two small drawers were broken not suitable to put your clothes. We put our stuff on top the two twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Lack of plug outlet space is another issue. We had items plugged in throughout the unit. The owner was a bit snippy after an inquiry I had, but was responsive.

Comfortable beds

The house is situated in a central location. The beds were comfortable which is very important to us. It has nice accommodations for an infant. (Crib and high chair) The clubhouse is a short distance away and has a nice pool/hot tub if you looking to spend a day at home. There is a poolside bar that also serves food which was a big hit. All and all a great stay for the price, we would book here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was great

We had no issues. The condo was very clean and orderly. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Please note this is on a 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have mobility issues maybe not for you but aside from that it was great! Very close to Disney parks and restaurants.

Comfortable and spacious
