Windsor Palms Resort is a gated community with guards on duty 24 hours. The resort is only 5 miles from Disney and 18 miles to Universal Parks. Within just a few minutes you’ll find lots of shopping and restaurants. Walmart, Target, Publix, Red Lobster, BoneFish Grill, Chuy’s, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Carrabbas, Olive Garden, Outback, Bahama Breeze, Joe’s Crab Shack, Denny’s, Margaritaville Resort district and too many others to list.

The villa is professionally managed locally.

Our home is cleaned following VRMA cleaning guidelines for Covid-19. Our cleaners are using disinfecting cleaners on all surfaces with extra attention being paid to high touch surfaces. White linens and towels are washed using soap and bleach.

We provide remote check-in. You can check yourself in directly at the property with remote door code access. However, you will need to stop at the gatehouse upon arrival to show ID and pick up your vehicle pass.

If we are unable to honor your booking due to Florida State or Osceola County mandating new restrictions due to Covid-19, we will refund 100% of your deposits paid.

In order to avoid large gatherings, Windsor Palms has strict vehicle limits, noise ordinances and streets are patrolled regularly. All adult guests are registered with the resort gatehouse and only registered guests are allowed entry into the resort.

Gatherings in the home are limited to 14 people.

We had a great stay! The home was just as pictured—spacious, comfortable, and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location was perfect for our Disney trip and close to lots of great dining options. Would definitely stay again!

Third time, and still a charm! We have been coming to the same area for the past decade, and this house is our favorite within Wyndham Palms. We would stay here every visit if it were available. The property has so much space and privacy in the backyard. It also has every thing you need for a wonderful stay, it just feels like “home”, and it is always spotless. Don’t miss out…just book it!

Winter Garden relaxing home

The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was well kept and clean beds were comfortable and linens were clean. There were plenty of towels for swimming and bathing.

Can't wait to come back

Stayed a week with my family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was great and the kids loved it. Can't wait to come back!

The house is all pictured as is. The property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. My kids loved the pool which stayed the perfect temperature throughout. Elaine was responsive when we had questions and the check in/check out process was simple and straight forward.

Great Rental Experience

We went down for a vacation four couples, the place was exactly as described, and it was clean, the pool and hot tub were great, the owner checked in on us was very responsive to questions that we had, everything was crystal clear as what was expected of us on our stay and check out, Elaine was absolutely fantastic. Perfect home for a family vacation

Even though it was just the 2 of us and our yorkie, I can see bring our family down with us and staying here together. The pool and backyard is what sold me on this property. Quiet neighborhood close to great restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed and then some.

Amazing

I have been staying in this community for year after year for cheer competitions for over 7 years. Each year we have a mix of family and friends stay together. This home has everything we need for a larger group. The extra bathrooms is a high plus! The house is clean, commutation with the owners is spot on,. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Great spot to vacation!

The property was in a quiet, private location and still very close to Disney for our family vacation! Everyone was very comfortable, the property was very clean and well taken care of. The host was very quick to respond to any messages sent. Overall extremely happy with our stay and would happily come back on our next trip to Florida!

Wonderful trip

This was our first time at this particular property and it was awesome. The house was large, especially for 2 people and a dog. It was very clean and the mattress was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We did venture up to the second floor and the upstairs rooms were also very nice, especially for children. Elaine is a wonderful person for any concerns or questions you might have. She is the only person we will vacation with. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful & Comfortable Home!

We had four adults and three kids (ranging 10-16) staying this home for spring break. The home was wonderful - it was spacious, it was clean, and it contained all the things we’d need in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time using the pool and hot tub. The patio was our central hub to hang out. The house is located on a cul de sac and without anything behind the house (besides a fence, some trees, a lot cardinals), it is a very quiet space. The community amenities are also nice - we took advantage of the tennis/pickleball courts! If staying in the Kissimmee area, it’s definitely a place we would rebook. Communication with Elaine was easy and she responded quickly.

Absolutely Wonderful

What a fantastic Hacienda

We have stayed in this area for over 20 years yet we have never stayed a house so well done. House itself is amazing. But when you add in the amenities, supplies, comfortable mattresses and furniture it makes for the perfect house for small or large groups We have already booked for next years stay.
