Charming 2BD Cottage near Hotel & Disney

Welcome to your own island-inspired oasis located in Phase 1 of the Margaritaville Resort . The location of this cottage cannot be beat as its the closest to Sunset Walk and all of the action.
The cottage comes with all the comforts from home but worlds away. Conveniently located minutes from the Disney parks, a state-of-the art water park and newly opened 196,000 square foot shopping and dining district with multiple dining food and beverage options & brand-new movie theater.

Access to Margaritaville’s resort and its amenities is not included with this rental.

This property is privately owned and not affiliated or associated with Margaritaville.

With your stay, you have walkable access to the entire downtown area called Sunset Walk which includes many restaurants, shopping, entertainment and a waterpark called "Island H2O". Most of our guests purchase tickets to this attraction with the money they save from not having to pay a resort fee and lower nightly rates :)

YOU MUST FILL OUT THE MARGARITAVILLE GUEST ACKNOWLEDEMENT FORM PRIOR TO ARRIVING. IF THE FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AS IT IS A REQURIEMENT OF THE RESORT. THE FORM WILL BE SENT IN A MESSAGE RIGHT AFTER BOOKING.

It’s a lovely place. Beautiful location, great bedrooms and comfy beds. It’s very nice to have the privacy of a home while being in the Parks all day! That being said, we were forced to wait several years before returning back to Orlando, and with three happy teenagers. However..the most misleading thing is watching area Vloggers on YouTube constantly showing Cottages right after the amenities. Not all the cottages have privileges to the pool and weight room, yet share the same resort name. Although the very last sentence mentions it, my heart was broken for the kids. Sure, we did got over to Volcano Bay to get wet, but using the facilities nearest to us would have been ideal. I now know what booking from a “third party” means. Daniel was very helpful with everything and we still left with great memories. Just take the time to read the fine print and go from there.👊🌴

Great property in an ideal community!

We planned a last minute trip for 3 adults, a toddler, and a small pet. Pet areas are all around the community, there’s a small playground about 40-50 feet away from the backyard. Plenty of places to eat within a mile. Clean house with all the essentials you will need.

The cottage was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable with quality linens not usually found in rentals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with plenty of paths to enjoy. Sunset Walk is within walking distance and we discovered some great restaurants there. We were in town for dance/cheer competitions and this location was very convenient for all the trips to Disney, ESPN, and Coronado Springs. The hosts were fantastic, literally thought of everything needed and promptly responded to any questions.

Beautifully decorated, fun place!

We had a short stay here to enjoy some Disney parks and it was such a unique place to stay. I loved that it had a spacious layout for us and our grown son. It was close to everything and the decor was so fun! Great communication with the owner and zero issues. It was better than staying at a hotel for what we were looking for!

Margaritaville Area

We've stayed at the Margaritaville hotel before and knew we liked the area. Staying at the cottages in the Margaritaville Resort gives you the same pool, bar, etc amenities but more room in your own little house! Plus the area has many restaurants and shops you could walk to if needed. After a last minute change, I appreciated the great communication with Daniel.
